It was great talking to someone who knew what they were talking about when it comes to trailers! Hate shopping and having some kid tell me how great something is when they've never used it themselves and have just memorized some product info sheet. I Just got my new garden trailer home and can't wait to load it up and head out to ride ATVs with my kids this weekend! more

I picked up a garden trailer from craigslist and I needed to have the bearings checked. I needed it fast because I bought it to use it for work! Mr Trailer looked busy as hell but Yogi worked me into their schedule right away. He had the bearings cleaned and repacked and even found the correct seals and had me on my way. Thanks very much!! If I had know about Mr Trailer Sales (www.mrtrailersalesaz.com), their selection and prices, I would not have shopped for my trailer on Cragslist. Thanks Yogi. Much appreciated. more

Been involved in the community my whole life and have been witness to the good and bad of most of the business's here in the valley. While I have not had to personally deal with this business or the owner Yogi. I have heard that he has know respect for the people he is suppose to help and that if you complain about his performance he will follow and harrass you, he'll even find your place of employment and make up things about you! more

i don't understand how a company like this remains in business. no customer service and dishonest. I recommend going anywhere but here. more

BAD NEWS - I had a blowout on a boat trailer tire that tore up my Malibu boat trailer and fender. I called Mr. Trailer and talked to "YOGI". He said, "bring it by Monday". Monday comes and it is all hooked up and I am wondering if I should leave the cover on (rain in forecast) in case it will be stored outside. I call YOGI, tell him I am coming to drop off my boat and I ask if it be stored inside...he says, "is it a boat isn't it?" I ask again, will it be covered? (simply so I need to know if I should leave the cover on if it will be stored outside) "Is it a boat?" he says again annoyed. Now it is obvious with his condescending attitude, the point he is getting at is: it is just a boat and why am I even asking if it will be covered. I reply louder (the point we both already know), "Yes it is a boat" and he hangs up. Seriously? I call back and ask YOGI did you hang up on me? "#$%& OFF", he says! Ok, yes, I lost it, I called back and gave it right back. Never in my life of having trucks more

I am not a customer-is-always-right guy at all but if I am concerned about my boat being stored outside and you don't have covered storage it is nothing personal, I will just leave the cover on. Don't insult me because I want to keep my boat clean and dry. This was an easy insurance job and you don't get a more easy going customer than me. I work on a local Fire Dept and am tight with a ton of valley FF's - we network! and any chance I get I am going to let them know my experience with this place. I would not have wasted my time to write this review if I was not so upset. Very sad that a business can still be around with a vulgar guy like this working for them. Total lack of integrity and customer service. more

Three trips and two days to finally get a "diagnosis" that the spindle on the back axle of my trailer was bent. Rotated the tires and took it back. Was told the front axle was bent. Was lied to when I was told a mechanic looked at my trailer. They just guessed based on tire wear. Was going to charge me $1000 to fix the wrong axle. It took it to Arizona Axle Products and had the back axle repaired for less than $500. Still waiting for a call back from Mr. Trailer. more

We are in the market for a trailer to haul stuff to shows. We went to Mr Trailer Sales to browse their inventory. No high presure sales here. more
