MATTRESS MAN

I went into the Mattress Man at 6pm on Friday 8/5/2011. I was greeted very quickly and shown the different products. Kari did a great job explaining the difference between products, and multi tasking because there were other customers as well. I feel like I got a great value and a great product. I was loaded up in less than 5 mins, and they even helped me tie down the mattress and box springs. I set up my new bed and had the best night sleep in years last night. Thank you to Kari and the Team at Mattress Man for make my life easy, and helping me pick out the right mattress for me. more

I work in customer service and wish all of my employees were like Cory and his wife - but then again, if they were I would be out of a job! Whether over the phone, in person, or delivering my new mattresses, Cory was extremely professional and very friendly the entire time. He didn't bat an eye when my kid wanted to try out every mattress repeatedly in the showroom, play in the trailer when Cory came to deliver, and my dog wanted to "help" him set up the beds. I got two mattress sets for a great price (a new one for me and one for my son) and Cory even helped me talk my son into the less expensive mattress as opposed to the $600 one that he wanted. My only disappointment was not receiving bed frames, but that was a miscommunication and I don't think I was very clear when we were adding up the total - as my son was tired and hungry and ready to go! All in all this was a great experience! I love my new mattress and the only bad thing is that I slept so good last night that I slept through my alarm and was an hour late to work. I will highly recommend the Mattress Man to anyone in the market for a good night's sleep! more

Wow! I loved the fact, that Corey gave me the nessecary information to the items I had. He answered all my questions to my fullest satisfatication. No pressure of a sales prerson, like in the most store. You are saving so much money and time. He was recommended by my friend....and I must say.....I would recommend him to anybody who is looking to purchase new mattresses (what I bought) without the hassle and pressure. Great place! more

Wow!! We were able to walk into the showroom and shop without feeling like we were stalked by the salesperson. Cory gave us facts and not hype to try to up-sell us to a more expensive mattress. We were even able to get both mattress sets delivered the same day...by Mattress Man himself!!! more

Well after a week's worth of being in the market for a mattress, I must say that the Mattress Man on Pond Springs was a true blessing to find. Mr. and Mrs. Thornhill were friendly, efficent and most of all not pushy. They had a wide variety to choose from and thier prices were way below anyone else we had talked to. I have had the pleasure of such deep and restful sleep without waking up with a backache since getting my mattress. They delivered it the same day too. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any and all. more

We bought a total of 6 beds of various sizes and paid less then our king size bed that we used to have. Cory gave us an awsome deal that we could not refuse.My kids were texting me the next day at work to thank me so much for buying them these beds.The next day we bought another bed for my oldest daughter and Cory delivered it that same day.Highly recomend that you go there.This is true hand shake service! more

Though our transaction wasn't completed due to personal changes of mind, Cory extended himself above and beyond to make sure our money was refunded. I called Mattress Man the day before I visited the showroom. Corey was very friendly, professional, and sounded like he was very sincere. When I went to the Mattress Man showroom, Corey was the same person who greeted me. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He didn't try to force me into a purchase, just simply informed me of all of my options and let me make my own mind up. He offered me a fair price that I absolutely could not refuse. I absolutely love sleeping on my new mattress and feel confident that I made the right choice. I intend on referring many of my friends and family to Mattress Man because I know that they will be just as happy with the customer service and products as I am :) It was one of the best ads from craigslist that I have ever replied to because they do have great deals and give you wonderful customer service which is becoming a hard thing to come by these days. Corey , was amazing from the time my husband and I walked in we were greated with an excellent attitude. He was interested in our needs and wants and advised us on the products with optimal detail. No pushy salesman tactics and most items come with FREE DELIVERY. He called before hand to let us know he was coming. Very nice! Showed up exactly on time and brought our beautiful bed ( Today) and set it up- upstairs and ready for the sheets to go on!! We will absolutely use this place again!!!!!!!!!!!! more
