Norm has perfected the Chicago-style sandwich and you'll kick yourself if you die before trying one of his creations.
He'll point you to the photos below his menu board and this is partly because those items are his staples and they are so good. His pastrami is the best in Lincoln but I always order the Italian beef philly with sauteed onions and peppers.
His sandwiches can be ordered with au jus. I order mine "sloppy" but you may prefer less.
M&N's new location is more sterile than the old place but I assume that will change as things go up on the walls. There is also a lot more light than the old place. I'll be more comfortable when it's a little darker in there.
You can't beat these sandwiches.
Word to the wise, Norm doesn't suffer indecisive orderers well so try to plan ahead. He's a little like the Soup Nazi from Seinfeld. Lincoln's own Sandwich Nazi.
