Luke Industrial Garage Door Service

Had a spring break on one of our garage doors and I thought, ugh, who am I going to call for help? I looked on the internet and found this garage door repair company at the top of the list so I tried filling out the online form on their site. No reply to that but I figured this may be a one-man shop and the guy may be working on a garage door vs. checking emails so my husband called him around 9 Friday morning and by 4pm he was done replacing the broken spring. The guy also checked out the other door b/c it was groaning and making some odd noises. He fixed that up, gave us some tips on how to maintain the springs, wheels, etc. Fair price and he did a great job. I'm glad we tried to reach the guy again by phone and he really came through and yay, the broken spring is fixed on the one garage door and the other garage door sounds MUCH better. more

I called a lot of places to get my garage door repaired (it wouldn't close all of a sudden), and the first few places I called wouldn't be able to come out for a week. I finally found Steven online and he was able to come out that day after his normal work hours (I think because I was in such a panic about getting the door to close that night!). The repair was fast and he was very professional. I would recommend him! more

I was very happy with my experience with this garage door company from start to finish. They were professional and I felt comfortable having them working at my house. You can't always say that for people in the building industry anymore. Their work was very detailed and well-done. When they were finished and demonstrating my new doors to me the doors seemed fine but tech saw or heard something and adjusted the door again before accepting that it was done. I really appreciated his attention to detail and getting it right. more
