Disappointed 8/11/2006

After reading all the wonderful reviews on citysearch, I was very excited to go to Lugnuts- even though it was a 15 minute drive. I called them, and they quoted me a reasonable price on car maintenence. Their phone automated message gave their hours on Saturday from 9 to 2. I showed up at 9:30 on Saturday morning to a closed shop. I was very disappointed that I had gone out of my way to visit a store that couldn't be bothered to give me the accurate hours, or worse, couldn't be bothered to open up on time. Their service may have been great, or quick, or reliable, but I won't know because they weren't open when their posted hours said they would be. Cons: They were closed when they were supposed to be open. more

Great Place 8/8/2006

The guys at Lugnuts always get me in and out as quickly as possible. They are fast, efficient, and always do a great job. I feel safe knowing my car is in good hands. No complaints here! more

Fast, Professionals, Quality Work 7/31/2006

I took my car to Lugnuts the other day for some scheduled maintenace and was impressed with how quickly they got me in and out. They explained everything to me and were very easy to work with and totally professional. I felt completely at ease with my car in their hands and will definitely return for future service and any repairs I might need. Thanks! more

I would always come back Lugnuts, because I dont feel like Im getting ripped off and that is a good feeling to come home with. The customer service was outstanding, the staff is nice and easy to deal with. Couldn't ask for more! more
