Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse Store of Houma

I recently left a pressure washer on 3/16 for repair and checked on it on 4/14 just by chance. I did not leave the machine in the dirty condition it was returned on that day. Top that with the customer service thought it was repaired..and hadn't been looked at yet. Top that. with the customer service rep making a face at me, seen by my wife an isle away, questioning how dirty it was. figures too, that several months ago when I inquired about a guardian generator, the electrician wanted to charge me another $4000 to install. I can easily walk across the street to Home Depot and Walmart...and will have to consider that if that is how customer service people react after an inquiry. more

My husband and his father have been working feverishly to install culverts into our front ditch. This is no small task considering the heat and humidity our area has for this time of year. About two weeks ago, during the week, mid morning, dh and fil went to Lowe's in Thibodaux to purchase the needed culverts. They waited about 20 minutes for someone to actually wait on them, they made the necessary purchases, then waited another hour for someone to actually come with a fork lift to get the pipes at the top and help them load up the truck. I realize that other customers were in the store making purchases and requiring attention, but at the same time, it appears that the Lowe's in Thibodaux is either understaffed or needs a better system of communication in place. more
