Refer to Lowe's Order 224865499. I ordered item online on 5/8/2012, I printed out the Purchase Order details on 5/9/2012, which said the item had arrived at the store, Lowes of Jonesboro, AR (#414). Customer service said the item did not show up in their computer and said it was not in. Got a phone call on 5/17/2012 saying that the store had found the item, which had arrived on 5/9/2012. If any Lowes personnel are reading this review, can Lowes relationship with this customer, me, be fixed? I had sent numerous emails CustomerCare@lowes, which didn't care. There is no customer service. My actual rating is no stars.
