Have been using Lou's for a couple of years. Great service and very fair. I have 3 cars that have needed service from minor oil change to major service as well. Always resolved issue and very happy. more

Everything OK except the driver's door panel is loose. Mechanics replaced switch under gas pedal which was very difficult. They must have bumped the door panel hard and not I cannot get it to lock in place. It's loose and I will bring it back on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday this coming week. more

Will be stopping by for headlight to be re-cured as to omitt hazy film on headlight per Lou's instructions :-D:-D 2 Christ more

As ALWAYS - I have the best mechanics in town. They are genuinely concerned for my vehicle and will recommend various types of service to keep my vehicle in operational status and too prolong its longevity! When I've had issues before - they quickly rectify the problem no questions asked. I would recomment them to ANYONE who wants a mechanic in town who is honest and reliable. more

These guys know what they are talking. Any problem with your car, they can fix it. My only criticism is that you all should be open on Sundays. Lol. more

I usually get great service with Lou's total car care but not this time around. My care was working fine before I got there in the morning and it wouldn't start in the afternoon. They told me they noticed that it was hard to start in the morning when I dropped it. Which was not the case for me that same morning. They took it out back and were able to start it and asked me to bring it back to change the starter, emphasizing the fact that I might not be able to start it the next day. Well, it's been 5 days and it is fine. Also I told the person at the desk that I had the feeling that the car was not align properly and it felt unstable. He promised to check it for free. When I came back to pick it up. He told me my tires were bad so he couldn't check alignment. Well guess what I changed the tires less than 6 months ago!!! When I told him that he looked surprised, then he told me that he was talking about another car and he was confused, I inquired again about the alignment which he obviously didn't check!! He proceeded to tel me that they only do it with new tires even though he promised to do it in the morning. Long story short I can change the oil myself, it is not a big deal. The reason I take my car to the shop is to get that little extra check from a professional. If I can't get that then it is a waste of time and money and nobody wants that. I'll recommend LTCC this time because of passed quality service. more

I took my 2005 Mustang to Lou's to have a performance muffler installed. I told them what sound I was looking for and let them pick the muffler. They gave me exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier. Those guys are great! more

Our car was leaking grease, I had the car at Lou's by 8:15. I wasn't even home when they called with a diagnosis. It needed a power steering pump. He gave me the options and advice. I agreed to what he advised, the car was ready by 3PM. Great. more

Lou's has been consistently coming in much lower than competitors on price. Their labor rates are some of the lowest in the market and their mechanics recommend only what needs to be replaced without any overselling. more

All I needed was air conditioning recharge and that is all I got, and without any other sales pitch. Great !!!! more
