You must try the Snow Mountain Maki (shrimp tempura topped with king crab and mayonnaise). Hands down the best roll I have ever tasted. It is a little expensive, but well worth it. The lunch buffet is a great deal, offering a wide range of sushi and Chinese favorites for $10. Great appetizers and Chinese dishes. Overall, the sushi is good, with the exception of some amazing, unique rolls (like snow mountain). They are very friendly and the restaurant itself is very well decorated. Recently, they started offering delivery (finally), which is pretty quick, but I would recommend eating at the restaurant (especially for sushi). Take out is always ready in 15 minutes. As a long time patron of Lotus Blossom, I highly recommend this hidden treasure. Again, you must try the Snow Mountain Maki!!! Over all the food is ok. The portions and key ingredient to certain menu items seem to decrease with each visit I have to the restaurant. The staff also rushes you and could really use a lesson in friendly service. Better options, Lavender down the street accross from Raytheon or even the Hokie PF Changs in Natick. more
