Superb Experience! 12/11/2010

I read the one other review and this was not my experience at all. The first time I was sent to Los Gatos MRI several years ago everything went like clockwork. More recently, I suffered a shoulder injury that needs an MRI. My doctor faxed in a request for a shoulder MRI and the next day I received a phone call scheduling the appointment. I thought I was going to have to wait but they are taking me right away. I feel as though I am very important to this company and would not hesitate for a moment to use Los Gatos MRI again. In fact my daughter had a serious neck injury due to a car accident recently. I told her doctor I wanted her sent to Los Gatos MRI. more

Terrible Experience! 7/24/2007

I made an appointment with MRI of Los Gatos and was asked to fax my referral and insurance information. I tried to fax the info. to them for three days from two different fax machines. Each time a received a response of Number Busy. I then went into the office and dropped off the information. Pros: None that I can see Cons: Rude staff! more
