The food here is delicious, and very inexpensive. They serve great green enchiladas, chile relleno burritos, etc. The service is sometimes questionable (slow, when the restaurant is very full) but the food is usually worth the wait. It's centrally located in downtown Las Cruces, so this restaurant is very convenient for a lunchtime. Also, great (and very spicy) chips and salsa!
