Average it is 2/14/2008

I consider this theater fairly average. It's obvious that movie theaters don't attract particularly intelligent people to their work force. Sometimes you'll deal with a kid with a good personality and knowledge of his job, and then you'll get the bubblegum brained kids that look permanently stoned. It's awesome that you get to put butter on your popcorn yourself and the prices, while high, are typical for a movie theater. The movie choices are great and the individual theaters are pretty good. Parking is no problem. Pros: lots of choices more

Nicely operated, comfortable theatre with great staff. 1/4/2007

This could be one of my favorites places to see a movie. The stadium seating is large and comfortable. The sound systems is terrific. The quality of every film I have seen there is as good as it gets. Plus acres of parking at the front and back doors. Highly recommended! Pros: Helpful staff and comfortable lobby with great concessions. Cons: Can't hink of any. more

Beware of False Info 11/30/2006

I went to this theater many times, and each was an experience I will not soon forget. The floor is always sticky, and employees do not know how to do their jobs. The thearter is ""under new management,"" but they failed to mention it was under seriouly bad management. The customer service is terrible. I saw one movie, and the other people were so noisy and rude, I walked out. People throwing food at the screen and stomping their feet loudly to constantly exit the theater, and return, just to be on a cell phone is not good movie behavior. Apparently this is not a good reason to leave a movie. I went to the customer service desk only to wait 20 minutes. No one was there, so I went to the ticket sales. They called the customer service people and finally they showed up. I complained, and they said you must leave a theater 45 minutes after the movie starts, or before. Then, the movie was over and no refund can be made. There was still a half hour left...people were in the theater. Then I was told you must leave a movie within a half hour. Then, with in 15 minutes - all from the same man, in the same conversation. I said , ""Thank you for you help. I guess the 'A' in 'AMC' stands for 'a--hole,'"" and left. I gave the theater another chance and brought a gift certificate there. It was only good at that theater, so I tried to use it. TRIED. I was told they were no longer accepted there - from the same a-hole manager. I said fine, paid for my tickets - only I got tickets for the wrong movie, so I had to wait in line again and exchange them, saw the movie, and left. When leaving, I saw a sign that said ""Loews gift certificates still accepted"" and then got so angry, I decided to go home before I went psycho on that dickwad manager. I called the theater and complained but when ""transferring"" me, I got disconnected. This theater, its workers, and policies are beyond non-professional, it's not even funny. Pros: located near my residence Cons: everything about this theater is terrible more
