This is a private owned operation by Carol Liu. She offers many types of insurance from auto to health to home. At the time, we were looking to change our health insurance plan. My experience with her is that she is very detailed in asking personal questions about what we need in our health insurance coverage. I like her because she didn't really try to sell us more than what we needed. She also returns calls very promptly and I just love her location, very convienient and flexible hours. Great person to talk to if you need to buy any type of insurance.
