Frank and his crew did a great job putting in our Sonos system. They had to put in speakers in our ceilings after the house was constructed and all of it looks AND sounds great! We love the system and would recommend Frank and his team to anyone!!! more

We are thrilled with our new DISH service. After using traditional cable service for years and paying top dollar, we now have more channels, rooms and features for less money! The Hopper is fantastic and seems to have unlimited recording capabilities. So glad we made the switch and saving over $500 annually. In today's environment it is hard to find a company who not only will respond & show up when they say they will but will also be professional, provide flawless installation, and keep the client engaged throughout the cradle to grave process. Contacted LYH using their web site 'Contact Us' form in order to solicit their assistance with an HAI security and automation system update. I received a call the next day from both Frank (AM) and Nick (PM). Nick and I spoke by phone, reviewed the installed HAI system and other equipment, and agreed on the initial list of items to accomplish as well as the date / time for the visit. Nick was prompt, prepared, and accommodating. He accomplished the items agreed upon in a timely manner given that he had never seen the home's installation prior to this visit. Once done, Nick and I discussed additional items I'd like to see accomplished. We tentatively set a followup appointment for the following week. Nick and I communicated throughout the week via email and phone to stay in touch regarding scheduling. On the agreed upon date, Nick again was prompt in his arrival. He staged his materials and tools, dove right it and even let me assist in some of the work. After the bulk of the installation was complete (wiring and contacts), he setup to perform the configuration within the system's controller. He tested each change to ensure it was functional, made a backup of the updated system configuration, took notes so that he had references as to what changes were performed, then broke all of his things down in preparation to depart. We cleaned as we went so that there was no rush to clean when the project was complete. I would have Nick back out to the house whenever I needed HAI support and installation as well as expanding our security, automation, and distributed network installations. He is accessible, willing to work within our schedule, and makes suggestions that make sense for our situation and home. My wife and I hired Nick and his team to install an Elan g! system and we are extremely happy with the turn out. The system does everything as promised and then some. The overall experience was great-Nick was available for questions and made several recommendations that have turned out to be very useful. The Audio part is our favorite. Link Your House installed a full-home audio system in my Townhome. The property had been wired for full home audio by the builder, but I acquired it as a distressed property after the builder foreclosure, so there was no documentation around the wiring or any instructions whatsoever. Link Your House worked with me to design a system that met my needs - and my budget. I never felt that they were trying to oversell me, but instead worked with my and respected my limits. We put in a Sonos system with one zone and 4 rooms wired for sound. My experience with the installation itself was flawless. The team arrived on schedule and were able to complete early. They were able to backwards engineer the wiring system and did not make any mistakes in the speaker placement. They kept me engaged throughout the process on critical questions of speaker placement and left me with a fully functioning system that has been a joy to use. They also left my house spanking clean with no trace of the work and provided me thorough training on how to use the system. Finally they followed up promptly the next day to make sure the system was working to my satisfaction and make sure I did not have any additional questions - I did not as the system was working flawlessly. I am very satisfied with the entire experience and have no dobut that LYH will be the first people I call when I want to expand or upgrade my system.
