We had are whole house carpeted by them. They did a good job, but they are by far some of the rudest people ever. During the install, they discovered they didn't have enough carpet for our stairs. We were understanding and said we can reschedule. The installers called a few days later and left a message saying the remaining carpet was in. When I called back the owner had no idea what I was talking about and said that the carpet was in fact not in. Confused, I called back and talked to our salesman and he told me that the carpet was in, so I scheduled a time. My wife called the day of the install to confirm the time and was met with a huge attitude from the owner. My wife became upset and said that she wanted a time when they will be there. The owner then had more attitude and treated my wife like a nut and told the salesman ""Oh, you need to get on the phone and hear this."" Like my wife was crazy for wanting our carpet and to know what time it would be finished. The owner also went on to say that she doesn't need this because her husband had major surgery. That sucks and all, but it is not your customer's fault. After paying thousands of dollars on carpet you would think that perhaps these people wouldn't act like such unprofessional brats. It's too bad the other owner had surgery, but if it effects you so much that you treat your customers like sh*t then you should leave work. Don't you think ""honey"".
