I've been holding off on writing a review for a while to make sure that everything remained great. It has. We bought a LifeSpas LS6900 with the stereo and Bromine generator almost 1 year ago. We had owned a Jacuzzi prior to this which ended up getting blisters in the gel coat but it served us well for 10 years before starting to leak water from just about every connection possible. Also the hoses rotted and fell apart. I did some research and thought it would be great to support a local company so I called and got an appointment. We weren't prepared for the sales approach used but after a while we realized that they were actually telling us some pretty interesting stuff about how spas are made so we settled in for the presentation along with about 6 other people. After about an hour and another hour talking about it we ordered one. It was 12/30/06. It was promised to us in 30 days. I was able to call and talk to people right in the manufacturing plant about things like switching the stereo and the Bromine generator and getting exact dimensions of where they were located. We have a low brick wall that I needed to make sure didn't get in the way. The spa came after just 3 weeks. Very professional delivery and no problem getting it to our back yard. We had an electrician connect it and I filled it with water and bromine salt. It was ready to use that night! Everything worked perfectly and still does. We haven't had one problem with it. It is awesome! I haven't changed the water yet but I plan to in January at the 1 year mark. The chemical balance stays perfect. When we have a lot of people use it I shock it with some dry shock chemical or else the Bromine level drops too low. My only complaint is that the spinner jets don't really spin but you don't need them to. The price seemed okay - not great but good considering the quality of the spa. I would definitely recommend a LIfeSpa. more

We are extremely happy with our purchase and we've already had our spa for over a year! It still operates like new and is in the same working order since we bought it. We feel even better about the deal we got because it has been so good to us. The pricing we rec'd is much better than the other spas out there and we shopped before and even after we bought to make sure we got the best deal out there. We really did our homework before buying a new spa. We bought from LifeSpas because they took the time to explain the differences to us (unlike any place else we looked). My husband is an engineer so he appreciated the technical info. and the demonstration. We've owned our LifeSpa for over a year and we love it. We both agree, its the easiest spa we've ever had. Me? I'm not so technical..We chose the Aqua Last for the low maintenance because we both have demanding careers and haven't had a bit of trouble. more

I truly enjoy my spa and when I'm in town I use about every other night. One of the benefits is we have a salt system bromine generator and I only drain my spa about once a year and it's great to not have to put in all the chemicals in the spa. This is my second LifeSpas I've had them for many years. more

I would have to say LifeSpas has the best spas at the best price and I loved that they took the time necessary for me to understand the different way spas are built and the many ways they can build a spa (for me). Ive, owned several spas in the past, my cal spas was the worst no customer service and impossible to find the leak with the foam. My jacuzzi cracked right down the middle 10 days after my shell warranty was up. I have owned my life spas for 8 years had have had 0 problems with it. I got a great deal too, if I moved I would only deal with this company for a new spa. more

I got a spa for fun and therapy and my LifeSpa lives up to my expectation. We've owned it for more than 5years and we got a lot of options. There isn't anything I don't like about it and if I had to do all over again, I'd get a bigger one! I have had NO PROBLEMS and I love the quality. My entire family loves the spa and I know I got my money's worth. more

We bought the Ls8000xp for relaxation and to help my wife with her Rheumatioid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia. This is our 3rd spa and her doctor recommended it and, gave her a prescription for one. She uses it each night before bed and it helps her to relax and get a good nights sleep. I use it to relax and unwind after work. more

I was a little turned off by appt. only until I showedup. Very professional and informative. I had thermospas come to my house, what a joke they wanted 14k for a 6 seater. Shopped hotspring and sundance 6-20 k. Lifespas build them everyway and beat the hell out of their competitors prices. I've owned my spa for 3 years and use it almost daily, works perfect. There duraflex material is incredible, the salesman even slammed it with a hammer!! more

I?ve had my spa for 2 years now and it has been awesome. Specifically, I really like the Bromine Generator system because it?s makes the spa virtually maintenance free and saves me time and money I would be using to mess around with chemicals. ...BUYER BEWARE. We made the unfortunate mistake of spending thousands of dollars by purchasing a spa and gazebo from this company. After only two and a half years we're having issues, and apparently my five year warranty is not going to be honored. We've been trying for over three months now to get an acceptable resolution, only to be rejected by the president/CEO of LifeSpas who is denying responsibility. We were skeptical at first, especially since we drove over an hour to get to the appointment, but once we got there we soon found out about the superior quality and pricing. We had shopped many different places before coming in. Other spa companies said we would have to crane in the spa, costing us hundreds of dollars. LifeSpas was able to make it happen without a crane, saving us hundreds of dollars in addition to the savings on the spa. The thing I like most about my LifeSpas Spa, even after eight years, is how easy it is to keep clean. Pros: Saved me money more

They talk for 2 hours and they want your money. They pressure you for a deposit even though you tell them that you have to see if the spa will fit into the master plan of new backyard design. We had questions, but we couldn't get answers. All they wanted to do is is sell you spa. Then they threaten to take away all discounts unless you give them a desposit before you leave. I apologize for taking so long to tell you how much I'm enjoying my new LifeSpas Spa, but after a few minutes in it I'm so relaxed, writing thank you notes is the last thing on my mind. The experience of purchasing the spa was a pleasure. Selecting and ordering the spa was easy, thanks to your professionalism. Not only was delivery on time by date but also by the hour, despite a Texas thunderstorm. The ozonenator is great and the LED lights wonderful. When we came in to look at your spas and were shown the difference between acrylic and your spas I was surprised and skeptical. Now that we've has our LS 7000 for 2 months we're very pleased with the quality and low maintenance. We are just able to use and enjoy it.
