My boyfriend and I went here today to file our taxes. It took them 3 1/2 hours to complete our taxes! They also seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and were extremely unprofessional. Our tax person seem very distracted and clueless. She kept leaving us at her desk to see what her employees were doing with their clients with absolutely no explanation. She also kept asking us how to do things and she kept saying ""well what do I know?"" And after all of this, they wanted to charge my boyfriend over $400!!! They hardly offered us any kind of discount after the crappy service we received! I don't have much confidence that they did anything right. I would not recommend going here. The only things they have going for them is that they somehow managed to actually finish our taxes, and they were friendly. You're better off doing your own taxes!!
