When it came time for us to purchase our second home we called on liberty management, and Mr. Knight (owner) introduced us to two of his realtor agents Tom and his wife Cecilia Prendergast , Tom agreed to become our realtor in selling our first home and purchasing our second home. One of the things that Tom made clear to us in the beginning of this process is that he was not concerned about making a buck, he told us that his focus was to unsure we were happy with the choice we make and the price we would pay, and what he get out of the deal is secondary. Tom lived up to his words throughout the entire process. To make a long story short, we sold our first home in 5 days after Tom listed it, which our home was a single story 3 bedroom 4 side brick home but it only had one bath. A one bath home is extremely difficult to sale in a community where our home was one of the only homes that only had one bath. In our community there were 3 other homes with three bedrooms and 2 baths that were still for sale after ours had already sold and these 3 homes had been listed for a few months before our home was listed. All we could say was WOW! We were in shock that our home had been sold in such a short period of time. When it came to the purchase of our second home it was just as easy, Tom made the process so simple and the negotiations were so easy between us and the sales agent. The things Tom was able to do because of his knowledge and respect that was afforded to him by the sales agent was simply incredible to watch and experience first hand. All we could say was WOW! By the way we sold and closed on our first home with only one day in between before we closed and moved into our second home. So in other words we were only out of a home for one day in this process. WOW! When does that ever happen! more

Liberty Management staff has been super friendly and helpful in getting our property rented. Their website is absolutely phenomenal and makes it easy to find everything and submit it online. We have been extremely pleased with the level of service we have gotten and it is obvious how much they care by how quickly they address our unique requirements. more

Liberty Management has managed my rental properties for over 10 years and I have always had a great working relationship with Kevin and all the agents working for Liberty. They have done a great job keeping my properties leased with quality renters. Kevin and his team have done a great job assembling a excellent maintenance crew that is very price competative, but most importantly the does qualtity work. I have rental properties out of town and those properties much more difficult to manage because I don't have a company like Liberty to manage them. I have also bought and sold properties with Liberty and that experience was excellent and we quickly moved through process to the closing and no doubt this was due to excellent staff at Liberty Management. I highly recomend Liberty Management to anyone needing anything having to do with property sales or management. more

Their maintenance staff is friendly and reliable - and responsive - and their office staff is both professional and helpful. I would use this company to either manage a property I own or find another for myself. They're good people. more

Kevin and his team shared our philosophy that the home needed to be exceptionally clean and in outstanding condition; somplace that any of us would have been proud to own and live in. We live out of town and they oversaw the project for us maintaining ownership as though it was their own. We are very cost conscious and we know that they fought to get us the best pricing possible all the while making sure the work was first rate. Also they made it easy to pay rent though their website or with direct debit from my checking account. Repairs were usually completed in a few days; occasionally it would take a little longer if they had to get the owner?s ok first. Also I have had some friends find home to rent with Liberty Management and none of them have had any problems. Pros: Good to rent from - kept property up. Cons: A couple of times stayed on hold a little to long. more

I took their advice and they rented the property in 30 days. I wish my other management company would have told me what I need to do to get the property rented. I highly recommend Liberty Management, for their professionalism and their confidence in marketing houses. Take their suggestions and act on them.
