They don't understand the concept of getting back to someone.\r
My daughter had a zipline accident she sustained lacerations to her face, I contacted this company because I saw they had good reviews here. I told the screener about the incident and within hours received a call from Micah who wanted to meet right away. We met after work on Friday and he told me that they wanted to take on the case and that's why we were meeting, he said they discussed it at a roundtable and said they are ready to get going when we are. I told him that we want to think it over because we were in contact with other attorneys, he said no problem and said to get back to him. I said I will contact him Monday 9/16 he said OK, once we let him know its a go he was going to have us fill out some more paperwork and they'd get moving. On Monday I sent an email to Micah (the one on his business card) at 7:30AM but I never received a response. I waited until the end of the day and called his office, he didn't take my call so I left a VM. Today is Tuesday 9/17 and because I didn't receive a call or an email in response to my email I called again and was told that he was out to lunch. \r
What I don't understand is why did you waste my time??? This is my family and this has been a real traumatizing event and you have displayed nothing but utter disrespect and have been totally unprofessional. What excuse is there that you cannot reply to an email or return a call for 2 days?
