Taylor P review - Expansion Tank Failure on thanksgiving Eve. 11/25/2015

At approximately 1600 hours on Thanksgiving Eve, Level Home Services was called to solve the expansion tank emergency. The young lady taking the call was extremely professional in handling the situation. Taylor P soon arrived with a temporary fix for the problem. I would rate his efforts as 10 stars. yearly service on furnace 11/23/2015

This is the 1st time Robert S has been on a service call to our home. He was polite, efficient, and wore his booties. We always receive excellent service from Level whether on the phone or in our home. more

High Marks 11/17/2015

Casey and Edgar arrived promptly, within the window of time promised to me. They replaced the main electric service cable, updating the grounding points, bringing my home up to current National Electric Code. There was an added challenge of locating the water main shut off within our home. They addressed this issue very efficiently. They were curteous and pleasant throughout. more

Great Service 11/12/2015

Level was very helpful. DJ the technician was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of things about my system to me including giving me tips on how to save on energy costs in the winter. He was very thorough in checking my heat pump and went above and beyond. The price was very fair and I'd use them again in a heartbeat. more

Furnace Annual Service 11/4/2015

DJ was very affable. He exuded professionalism and charm. He gave us several options to fix the issue found with the furnace. We would welcome him back anytime to service our home furnace or air conditioner. He was very patient with an elderly customer and this is very important to us. So many service people lose patients trying to communicate with us. more
