Highly Recommend!!! 5/20/2016

Daniel and Nick installed new Hvac system, hot water heater, and new duct work. They were always on time, respectful of my home and my family, and did a thorough job. I felt comfortable having them in my home while my children and I were present. They cleaned up after themselves with any mess from the install and always explained what they were doing/had done during install and respectfully answered all of my many questions. Would most highly recommend this team of Daniel and Nick from Level Heating and Air! more

Condo A/C inspection 5/11/2016

DJ from Level Home Serivices serviced my condo a/c yesterday May 10, 2016. He was very thorough in his inspection of the a/c unit and his explanation of services that would be of interest to me. He made reasonable recommendations, not a pressured sales pitch. During the course of discussion he mentioned that he formerly served in the US Army, which probably lends itself to his professional demeanor. Likewise, Sharon who coordinated my service appointment was very pleasant and accommodating to my scheduling needs. She called a day in advance to confirm my appointment and 30 minutes prior to the DJ's arrival. Overall: excellent service at a reasonable price. more

Services performed by Michael I 2/23/2016

Michael was very professional, showed up on time. Highly recommend Level Heating and A/C provide him a ladder. Due to lack of a ladder he could not complete the job they had assigned him. He did what he could do and another technician was assigned to complete the task. It was not Michael's fault. Excellent employee. more
