Let's Jump

I am so unbelievably disappointed in this company. I rented an obstacle course and bounce house from you on 10/25/2013. We did not receive a mat for the obstacle course (liability issue) and we called at least 7 times. Twice I was told someone would be bringing me one immediately and no one ever showed up or call to tell me what was going on. Also, the equipment was supposed to be picked up the same night at 9:00 PM and again NO ONE showed up. I had to pay my staff extra overtime because you can't seem to pick up your own equipment. Finally an employee called me and told me to just deflate the equipment ourselves and we would pick them up later. That is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY more

We went here for my nephew twins 7th birthday party and had a blast! They brought in some nerph balls along with the variety of jump houses and the rock climbing wall it was fun the only thing i could complain about is it got a little warm in the room after all the kids had been running around playing. I booked a party that they had at the MVP location. When I arrived at 1:45 the location was not set up. I asked if it would be set up by 2:00 and the jump houses would be up and going. They informed me of course. While waiting in their small waiting room it was 2:05 and I had to ask what was going on, no one bothered to inform me. At 2:10 they stated we could walk back there a few of the bounces houses were up and running. When we got in there the kids started jumping and two of the bounces collapsed with kids inside and the workers did not even try to help get them out it was all the parents attending the party. Now we were down to just one bounce house but shortly they got the two that went down back up and running and they told us it was safe. They were still working on the other two that were still not up. The two we were told were safe went down again. At this point I asked to speak to the manager that no one got for me or told me she was in the room until I walked back up to the front. When I found out she was in the room I advised her I think I might have to move my party, she said well I guess I can give you back your deposit. No one ever even said sorry or tried to help. Here is my son’s birthday party that is not going to happen because of Lets Jump inability to have their equipment running correctly. I had to move my party to another location and luckily I had parents that were willing to go somewhere else but no help from Let's Jump staff or any type of understanding for what I was going through. I also asked the manager to have the owner call me and she said would try to have him call me on Monday or Tuesday and I have not heard from him yet and I even called back. more
