Let's Have A Party

So we had looked at a few companies and this one although it had a few bad reviews from years ago I had a friend who had used them. Gave them a call and the lady I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and assured me they would be there on time and check in with me the day of to confirm everything! They were fantastic and glad I listened to my friend! Our Princess Party was a big hit with my daughters friends!! Will be sending lots of referrals their way! more

Just as the other review. My 4 year old nephew was soooo thrilled to have Batman coming to his party. All of the children had handmade super hero capes made for them to decorate & wear when Batman came to take their picture. After calling us to confirm at noon, saying they would be there at three, he never showed up or called. We ALL called many times & they NEVER answered nor did they ever return a phone call with an explanation, just ignored us. They were even paid in full instead of just the requested deposit. All of the children were very upset as were all of the parents because of the hurt for the children. We told them that the Bat sign must've called him to fight crime & one of the the kids suggested maybe his Bat mobile ran out of gas & since they had super capes they could rescue him. I just don't understand someone who could let many children down, more than one occasion, and not even care or call to apologize or explain. We will never use them or recommend this company to anybody & I hope that people who plan to use them reconcider. more

BUYER BEWARE. Bless my little 5 year old's heart. Even after email confirmations and a phone confirmation two days before the event, Sleeping Beauty did not show to my daughter's party. What a disappointment. Let's Have a Party did not call...we heard nothing. We finally talked to Cory and he could not locate the Princess. No apologies or anything. So what if they broke a little girl's heart. I really would like an explanation. I recommend NOT USING this company. more
