I bought glasses here based on the advertised promotional price, ended up paying over $400 for two pairs that other optometrists reported to me were cheap knockoffs, poorly made and not worth repairing. more

A huge selection of modern style eyeglasses. A very helpful staff who give good information and take time to spend with each customer. The wait can be long since there are only about 2 people working at any given time. If you want designer eyeglasses this is not the place to go. Also, if you want glasses for long lasting, these do not seem to last without problems. Pros: low prices Cons: glasses seem to loose parts easily. No designer glasses more

Lesco has some of the best prices in town. My only problem is the recent customer service. The glasses take 7 to 10 business days before they are ready and you're suppose to receive a call when ready. On the 10th business day I called about my glasses. I was told that the glasses were ready and (very defensively) that they had left a message for me a few days prior. I never received such a call, the number I left them was my cell so I decided to look at my providers website to see my incoming and outgoing calls for that day. There was no call that was made to me from them that day. I don't care that they did not call me right away, what I care about is that I was blatantly lied to, so that is the only complaint I have about this establishment. more
