Shocked and awed that Les Schwab did not complete the services we requested and paid for. Once the vehicle was in their garage, my husband just assumed that they had completed the work. But, when I drove the vehicle the tires had not been balanced, they bounced all over. I returned and had the manager drive the vehicle, he came back from the drive saying nothing was wrong, but put the vehicle back in the service area. I decided to watch them balance the tires this time and found the tires were 4.75 off in balance, indicating they had not been balanced the first time the tires were installed. It's pretty scary when you go to for automotive repairs and they take your money and don't actually do the work. Especially when you are risking the safety of your 16 year old student driver in that vehicle.
