Les Schwab Tire Center

Shocked and awed that Les Schwab did not complete the services we requested and paid for. Once the vehicle was in their garage, my husband just assumed that they had completed the work. But, when I drove the vehicle the tires had not been balanced, they bounced all over. I returned and had the manager drive the vehicle, he came back from the drive saying nothing was wrong, but put the vehicle back in the service area. I decided to watch them balance the tires this time and found the tires were 4.75 off in balance, indicating they had not been balanced the first time the tires were installed. It's pretty scary when you go to for automotive repairs and they take your money and don't actually do the work. Especially when you are risking the safety of your 16 year old student driver in that vehicle. more

Dont let anyone fool You! These guys are awesome and will always cater to your needs in a polite and profesional manner. I have bought tires, had suspension work done and sent many people to this store. 100% satisfaction. These guys even came to me when my front end dropped on the road and helped me limp my truck in for repair .lol. The guys at North Bend are awesome but I have been to other Schwab stores as well and they are all high quality folks willing to do whatever is needed to get you on the road quickly and in the safest manner possible. A NO Brainer! more

I have purchased numerous sets of tires here over the last 20 years. The service is always pretty good with helpful people. However, in 10 or so visits, I have never once had them correctly torque my wheels. I always have to go home and re-torque them myself so my brakes don't pulse. I have watched them at work and they are extremely fast. I finally realized that, though they use a torque wrench, they are hitting it so fast they couldn't possibly feel the click of the wrench. Another possibility is that they over torque with the impact wrench first, so the final check with the torque wrench is meaningless. more

I was having problems with the tires I purchased at OK tire and Costo not giving good perfomance at freeway speeds. They recognized the problem and sold me tires that had good handling at freeway speeds. more

Service is shady and the staff isnt the most knowledgeable on the services or products they offer. They didnt call me back to inform me about wether or not they could obtain a part so i had to call a few days after my inital visit to see if they could get it and they couldnt. The waiting time is outragous, it seemed they are short on staff and the customer has to pay for it. If your in the area i recommend the services of a locally owned auto repair store for your tire needs. The smaller buisnesses will work with you more personally and treat you better then Les Schwab more

Les Scwab Tires is really the best when it comes to service, not just a great price. If I have ever had a tire that went bad, or flat, they have always stood behind their name. more
