I had my birthday party on 2-12-11. When I booked for table service I was told that I would pay $300 for bottle service and would could order a second one if I wanted. I was also told that the club was reopening with a brand new "exciting" design. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and saw that there was a very empty patio with u-shaped couches and an adjoining room completely barren of anything but also u-shaped couches. There's a small restaurant at the other end facing Cherokee. They call this the "estate" but don't be fooled by the name. This is more of a fly-by-night club that offers nothing but a empty room and a DJ and will be there as long as fools show up and then it will close again. When I got there I was then told that I had to purchase two bottles minimum for $500+20% tip but they assured me that my guests would be given preferential treatment. Instead they kept so many of them waiting outside for so long that they left. I left a bottle of vodka nearly half full and invited strangers to drink it. The place is basically a hole in the wall. These people did not spend a cent to do anything but strip the place down to the walls. The dance floor is the slate tile from the original place and impossible to dance as it is full of cracks, holes and very uneven. Don't waste your time with this loser club that is living of the name. more
