This women that's a manager at the Largo mall location is a drug user & also a alcoholic.. she is rude And disrespectful. She talks terrible about her employees... when we came in...

This women that's a manager at the Largo mall location is a drug user & also a alcoholic.. she is rude And disrespectful. She talks terrible about her employees... when we came into the largo store she never even acknowledged us..everyone was busy and she seemed like she had no time for us we waited 20 minutes to be seen.. we had trouble when we can to pick up our glasses a week later ..she was rude And seemed like she did not want to fix the problem.. she pointed to us and another person came to help.. I heard her whisper in to the Drs ear that we were cheap!!I was very up set and I will never spend my money at that store again!! more
