Lens Lab Express

This store is a rip off. The glasses and contact lens are way over priced. The sales people are unprofessional and rude. They are scam artists. They will refuse to give you your prescription for both glasses and contact lens if you get your eye exam done here because they want to force you to pay their ridiculous. They tried to give me a fake prescription when I took it elsewhere to get my glasses/contacts they told me that I did not have the actual prescription paper. Save your time and money go some where else. I went to BJs after this to get my glasses and contacts, same brands for half the price. I will not spend anymore money in this place. They have ZERO customer service. more

I went to lens lab express for my contacts, and i have to say that its absolutly beautifull in there; it is remodeled. They have a great new staff. The girls are very nice, helpful, and very professional. Moreover, they gave me a very good deal for my contacts. I loved they service!!!! more

i just came from lans lab and i must say it was very nice to see that they have changed the stuff, the girls were nice and gave excelent service, they explained everything and were very nice allways with a smile ill be going back there soon to take my son. more

Lens Lab Express needs to do a better job hiring people who has no customer service skill set nor any listening capabilities. My experience there was horrible reason in Sept. 2010 i went in to purchase glasses for my daughter who's 5 once i make the purchase they told me they will give me a call when it will be ready(Please keep in mind this happened on a Friday) 1 week pasted still no call until i had to pick up the phone and inquire on the status which i was told it's here, when i went the next day to pick up the glasses they said that they did not have the case for it(Hanna Montana case) but will call me in a few days because a shipment will arrive. Still waiting for the call because right now this is Jan. 14th 2011 and still no Hanna Montana case nor did anyone call. I went on several occasion to inquire about the case and each time the story changes, just the other day which was Jan. 10th Monday i went back again which i was told again that a new shipment was coming, after that the old ghetto woman who works in there has her nerve to say to me that sometimes when you want a particular color just like in the car dealership there's a wait so in essence the non educated BITCH is comparing your company to a car dealership. Now tacky is that? I have never heard something so absurd in my life time and these are the people you hire to run your business. Word of advice DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LENS LAD EXPRESS ESP. THE ONE LOCATED @ 1998 BRUCKNER BLVD, BX, NY 10473. EVERYONE IN THAT STORE SHOULD BE FIRED. CAUTION KEEP OUT. more

Entering lens lab was a pretty awkward experience. As i was entering the store no one bothered to ask me whether i needed help or not!!! They were paying more attention to their cell phones which by the way wasnt even on vibrate than the customers itself! The staff has an extremely dirty language which I believe it shouldnt be allowed in a professional enviroment. The manger attitude was horrible! Maybe she was having a bad day but she shoesnt take it out on the customers. The blonde headed girl kept texting and clearly saw me standing in the front and just looked away. The girl with the short hair was with an attitude as well. She spoke very ghetto and un professional just like her manager! more

the worst experience ever when I walked into lens lab express I walked in for my yearly exam and was ignored by sales girls with food falling out there mouths and on the counters . the store was dirty and the language while my family and i were there UNACCEPTABLE! the girl with the cleopatra hairstyle as described by the previous reviewer was the worst and the Manager Jackie should be dismissed ASAP! if the owner even cares about this business my suggestion would be to replace the entire staff and never look back! I went to vision quest after my horrible experience there and finally found a place where customer service is there # 1 priority so ATTENTION FUTURE SHOPPER DONT BOTHER DOING ANY BUSINESS AT LENS LAB EXPRESS NEXT DOOR TO RADIO SHACK THIS PLACE IS SIMPLY JUNK!! and for those who do dont say you werent warned! The manager has an attitude problem, does not take no for an answer and Cons customer into buying lenses well above the market price. The frames are outdated, and the quality of service is extremely poor!!! Nevertheless, the short w/ an attitude manager need to go. She is a very uneducated, all mouth, no manner, without human services skills individual. I should of seen it coming when I enter the store one day, and she treated the window cleaner like crap in front of several customers. Never again...Please do not go into this store...You were warned!!!! I was caught up one time...it won't happen again. THIS IS THE WORST LENS LAB IN THE BRONX. THE OPHTHALMOLOGIST IS INCOMPETENT AND LIES TO HIS PATIENTS. THE STAFF OF FEMALES LIES TO THE CUSTOMERS ABOUT PRICES AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT THEY ACT LIKE THEY CAME FROM THE CLUB WITH THEIR BRONX ATTITUDES AND NO CLASS WIGS. HONESTLY PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT GETTING A NEW STAFF FROM THE EYE DOC TO THE MANAGER TO THE FAKE BLOND AND THE WIGGED BLACK HAIRED CHER. more
