Just used this company today, based on all the positive reviews, and you know what? You guys are totally right: they are excellent. They called me back ten minutes after I'd sent in an email request for service, and we set up an appointment for the following day. ?None of this service window crap, either: he would be there at 1pm, and, when he was running ten minutes late, he called me to let me know.After explaining the problem with my burned-out wall heater, the technician fixed the thing, then took the time to explain what was going on. ?He never talked down to me, never treated me like a dummy who didn't know a thermopile from an igniter. ?I'm in an apartment now, but, when we get into a house, I'm calling this company to set us up. ?If you're having trouble with your heating and cooling, give them a call. ?You won't regret it. more

The repair hasn't happened yet--but the road that led to it has been very nice, smooth and refreshing . I have received up to date phone call on this sunday afternoon of the location of the the repair man , and he is pretty close to my home. I'm writing a review now because no matter what happens, NOTHING beats a company who keeps you as well informed Legacy Appliance has thus far. Now THATS what I'm talking about! more

Ok so I'm tight on time and I needed two appliance repairs in two days, I called legacy appliance repair, they made appointments, came for repairs and made my appliances work like brand new . The repair man was also a very nice person who chatted away to make the whole repair experience fast and fun. There will be no hesitation to call Legacy Appliance Repair in the future. more

I couldn't not be more impressed with the wonderful service , politeness and swiftness of the employees of Legacy Appliance Repair. Their repair man came over to check out my dryer and told me immediately and told me it needed a new microcomputer. He had to order the part and it he got it the next day. He came over exactly when he said he would to install it. The installation was less than 30 minutes . He was a very professional repair man that I will use again. Call them, they will take care of you. more

Thanks to the hard work of the phone operator and the repair man, my refrigerator is fixed and hasn't had the same problem since . I keep a close eye on the temperature control of the refrigeratory now like I was advised to so I can notice the slightest change, because it could mean trouble. more

I can't stop telling people about how professional their repair men are! Not to mention the amazing customer service I received from the phone operators too. They sent out two repair men as a precaution and it didn't effect the service fee at all. Their repairs still hold up and my unit still works well. more
