The sales staff was willing to work with me over the phone as I needed to help a family member who lived locally buy a car. They took my calls seriously, were very accommodating, and took care of my family member when she picked up the car. I got fair market value for the car. Greatly appreciated. more

We just bought our new Subaru at Lee's Summit Subaru. This was by far the best car purchase we have ever made. I knew what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay. It only took a few minutes to work out our deal! We will for sure be back when we are ready for our next car. Thanks! more

I was so pleased with everyone at Lee's Summit Subaru. I had visited many dealerships when searching for my new vehicle. Your dealership was respectful and curtious. I had been treated like a dumb woman from many of the other dealerships and everyone from start to finish was so good to my husband and I. I am MORE than excellently satisfied with the service I recieved at Lee's Summit Subaru. Joshua and Patrick did an excellent job in answering my questions and helping me to meet the bottom line. The whole experience was fast, informative, efficient and painless. Also, the lady salesman who took me on the off-road test drive was excellent too... I couldn't believe the off road capabilities you showed me before the purchase... that was by far the best part--going off road to purchase a vehicle!! It sold me when she parked sideways down a hill with only 3 tires on the ground! I love my Outback. Thank you. more
