I love Lee's Service. You guys do awesome work! Love the convenience of you picking up and dropping off my car while I'm working. The only reason I didn't give an ""Excellent"" rating is because at my oil changes I'm usually offered some sort of upsell. Your employees are probably instructed to upsell different products - I understand that. However, if I don't get the product that is recommended or 'needed' (thinking I'll get it next time), I'm not offered the same product the next time. Which makes me believe that I may not have really needed that product in the first place. But really - you guys are great!!\r more

This was my second purchase of tires, those tires lasted over 4 years. I enjoy Lee's service because they are prompt with their service, they drop you off and pick you up if needed. I do however miss Ruben's old fashion customer service...when the customer is always right and offers how else they can help you.\r more
