I could not be more pleased. 6/27/2011

During the approximately 3 years you treated me not once did I feel any way nervous. You took the time to explain each procedure and gave me the time and understanding to come to terms with my fears. I believe when we began you called me your "poster child" for what not to do to your teeth. This was no exaggeration. Thanks to your expert care my dental outlook now is as good as I ever could have hoped, provided of course that I continue the corrective actions you have prescribed. To put it simply, I could not be more pleased. more

Compassionate dentistry 6/21/2011

Before coming to Dr. Lee's office I had been avoiding the dentist for almost 40 years. It was because of a bad experience I had with another dentist at the age of 13. Dr. Lee's practice of ""compassionate dentistry"" helped me overcome my fear of dentists, and this was no small task. I have to say that from the very beginning I felt at ease in his chair and thanks to his understanding and patience I was able to undergo the extensive care needed to repair the damage I had done to my teeth. more

Dr. Lee and staff - Thank you from the bottom of my heart or should I say from the bottom of my lower lip, for my beautiful new smile. No one knew the pain this brought to me on so many days. For 5.5 years when I would look in the mirror, there was never a natural happy smile looking back. Thank you again! You and your wonderful staff are truly fantastic. Everyone from the beginning made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. There were never any worries about coming for an appointment. Thank you just doesn't seem to say it well enough. more

Humbling Experience 6/13/2011

Dr. Lee and staff, I thank you more than words can express for everything you have done. I really appreciate the way you work with Dr. Shively to do root canals and crowns. Dr. Shively is a specialist. The root canal was not fun either, but at least he saved the tooth. He is a lot of fun as well. I cannot believe I got a crown the same day when I came in after the root canal. That was a miracle, almost. The whole experience was no fun, but I feel so fortunate I know I can count on your help. I am able to chew again on the other side, and this is incredible. Dr. Lee and his staff were so very courteous and tried to minimize pain and discomfort. I really appreciate everything they did for me, starting with the antibiotic and steroids to get me ready for the root canal. It was a humbling experience. I will recommend you too friends. more

Grateful 6/6/2011

I am most grateful for the top-quality dental care I receive in their office. Let me tell you, the follow-up phone calls you make in the evening after "complex" procedures are so very welcome. One almost never receives that sort of attention these days, but that is exactly what I have come to expect from them. And of course their office and their staff are the best. I'm delighted to be their patient and equally glad that my daughter is too. more

Overjoyed 11/5/2008

My family and I just moved to the Dayton area. Being a Military family we have always counted on new friends/co-workers to reccomend Health Care professionals in our new area. Several co-workers suggested Dr. Lee at The Log Cabin Dental Office to be our new family dentist. From the first phone call we were hooked. WOW what a beautiful office and awesome staff and Doctor. I will reccomend The Log Cabin Dental Office to all of my new friends. more

What an AWESOME Experience 2/8/2008

I have not received that type of service since my daughter who is now 27 was 6 months old with the flu and her pediatrician made a house call so I would not have to take her outside! I too read the other two reviews and wondered myself if it weren't competition writing them to discourage you. You get it all at Dr. Lee' s office. My previous dentist had retired and unfortunately I had an emergency with a tooth breaking off. I had decided to try this dental office mainly due to the fact that he had built a beautiful log cabin in the heart of Beavercreek and I absolutely love log cabins. Let's keep in mind that I am the customer/patient from you know where. I work a lot of hours myself taking care of my customers and when it is my turn I expect the very best. When I called for the very first time with my emergency problem you would of thought that I had been a patient there forever. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anybody. I was looking for a new dentist and went here based on how friendly it appeared to be from the outside. This place is an actual log cabin and looked truely neat and inviting. Even the inside was full of neat things to look at, antiques and things, very different from any dentist I've ever been to. The office staff was nice enough but the dentist himself had to be the single rudest person I've ever met in my entire life. He treated me horribly, was very rude and talked down to me so bad I literally started to cry! I've never met this person in my life and I was paying HIM for services! He left the room for a moment and I just took off out of the chair and left. A concerned receptionist asked if I was ok and why I was crying, I told her why and told her I was leaving and I wouldn't be back. PROS: CONS: Rude bedside manner, horrible experience. more
