they say 30 days, however - this is impossible. The boat takes 25 days in perfect weather. That is 25 days once the ship sails. The personnell do not tell you this, just ""30 days"". They do not tell you - you have to know to ask them: when is my box being loaded on the ship?
I gave them a box December 2 and it finally arrived January 18th.
Pros: nice people, friendly service
Cons: lazy, inaccurate promises of delivery ETA
