Susan Taylor and her staff get 5 Stars from me. I had started to self-file my bankruptcy and ran into a big snag. I called Susan’s law office and went in for an initial free consultation. From the moment I met Susan, I felt like I was reconnecting with an old, trusted friend. She was warm and kind and not a bit of it seemed contrived to get my business. I fast realized that she knew what she was doing and that I was going to shoot myself in the foot if I carried on alone. Because it was casual Friday that day, she and her staff were doing end of the month wrap-up. Her paralegal Rebecca had squeezed me in since I was facing a lawsuit answering deadline. I ended up riding with Susan to pick-up lunch for everyone including me. The entire process of having my debts discharged took 60 days and Susan and her staff supported me every step of the way. It all went off without a hitch. That Friday night I went home and had the first good night sleep in a month. I cannot more highly recommend Susan Taylor and her staff if you are contemplating bankruptcy. Reasonable, sharp, experienced and downright nice human beings all! more

Simply put, there is no one better than Susan Taylor.\r \r We had a complex case, and I was told on numerous occasions that we weren't going to be able to go through bankruptcy without a very ugly fight. Susan and her staff led us through with such confidence, she was completely right on both the law and our situation, and in the end we got through this very difficult period with relative ease. \r What I really appreciated is that she is highly ethical, operates with complete integrity, and truly cares about her clients. This is a difficult choice for anyone, it was extremely tough for us, but a business failure left us with no other choice. \r \r She is the ONLY attorney I recommend. more

I highly recommend Susan Taylor. She is trusting, helpful and empathetic. Her staff is also warm and wonderful. Susan Taylor is an ethical attorney. She is not into shady law practice and does things by the book. I had met with several other bankruptcy attorneys and they were not up front about their fees and wanted me to misrepresent my situation and cut corners. Susan was very honest and helpful and made herself easily available to answer questions and to give clarification about my case. more

Everything you need, nothing you don't\r There's two ways to get ""affordability."" One is to cut corners, take chances, and risk your clients' future. That's how everyone ELSE gets ""affordability."" The other way is to be so darn good at what you do, that you can do it more efficiently than everyone else. That's Susan Taylor's way. \r \r You can pay a lot more for a bankruptcy. You can pay for a fancy-pants lawyer to hold your hand while you cry — or for a swarm of interns to pretend to be very, very busy advancing your case — or for an amazing gee-whiz website that looks like facebook on steroids. Butyou're *bankrupt*, right? Isn't that the whole point? You need someone who can get the job done *efficiently* -- with low risk, low cost, and low pain. \r \r You need Susan Taylor. \r \r I did. Thank goodness when we made the difficult decision to file for bankruptcy we found Susan. Her and her staff made the procedure as painless as possible. They were always there to promptly answer any and all questions we had from start to finish during the confusing process. We were treated with the utmost kindness and respect, no judgmental attitude whatsoever. It still amazes me we were able to obtain such a wonderful bankruptcy attorney at a very affordable rate. I interviewed other highly rated lawyers and am really glad I chose Susan. She also was the most reasonably priced. Her staff are great too. Susan Taylor is a magnificent woman and attorney. I totally recommend her to anyone thinking of filing for bankruptcy. When my husband and I went through bankruptcy, like many people, we were scared and lost. I had called several offices before contacting Susan's office, and I am so glad I did! In the other places, they made me feel like I had made a mistake and I felt that I was being judged! Susan was totally different. Her level of compassion and common sense made it simple and less scary. Our lives changed thanks to her, to her compassion, to her professionalism. We were very fortunate in finding Susan to help us. I am handicapped but she was very patient and sensitive to me and my needs. Even though, I was very frantic and didn’t understand quite what I needed to do, she assured me that everything would be fine and she took care of me all the way through. I sought the help of Susan Taylor and her staff when I made the decision to file earlier this year. I was so impressed by their professionalism and courtesy to me. I was always treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. They made the process so easy, which I thought was going to be a nightmare, but I couldn't have been more wrong! Although not personally a client of Susan G. Taylor, I have been able to observe some of her interactions with her clients. I am constantly impressed by the attention she shows each individual, far above and beyond a typical client-attorney relationship. Bankruptcy is a stressful process, yet one that requires a lot of detailed analysis at a time when emotions and distractions can be overwhelming. Ms. Taylor is adept at helping her clients understand and evaluate all their options and in counseling them through the process, even while keeping the process very affordable. I deal with many corporate attorneys in my business, and the ones that are the real client-focused problem solvers are always the best. Ms. Taylor certainly exceeds all standards in that respect. I would highly recommend her for anyone in need of her specialty. more
