Did they do a sound job of replacing the starter? Yes, however, they price gouged the starter and said the verbal estimate given over the phone did not occur. When I brought this to their attention I was told, this is how I make money, off of parts. Seriously? You make your real money off labor. They charged $165.00 for a remanufactured starter that literally cost $74.00 a block down the road, but what s worse??? They DID NOT honor their estimate AND they did additional work to the car without authorization. This is why I go to places like Tires Plus... at least they are held to standardized costing. Ridiculous. I will NEVER go there again and I ll tell everyone I come across not to as well. I learned a valuable lesson. GET IT IN WRITING! more

The people here are friendly and very nice, they are so honest and fair, which is hard to find in the automotive industry. Their work is less expensive than most places but they do a fantastic job. They have a great reputation so they are usually pretty busy and its best to make an appointment. I cant say enough good things about this place, try it out! They do it all from oil changes to motor mounts to entire fuel system replacements. more

I have been having the guys at laurel Heights work on my families cars for years. They were recomended by a neighbor and I have never found them to be dishonest. In an industry overwhelmed with fraud these guys are the exception. \r \r No unnecessary repairs, No B.S., and just all around great service. the service is explained thouroughly so that you know what you are getting. Pros: Honesty Cons: sometimes you may have to wait a day or two before getting in. more
