Great program---I had gastric bypass 5 years ago and didn't get my weight off ..... NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!! I need to write this in two parts, as there is too much to say, and goes over the character limit. I have been using B12 and B6 rom Angela for three years now. Last year I paid for one year of products, and she only sent me enough for the first six months. I chalked it up to incompetence of her staff. However, three weeks ago I ordered one year worth of product, and I ordered it via telephone as I always do, because I live out of state. Typically I charge it; however, it was a Saturday (Oct 4) and Angela said she was at a different store and did not have the machine to charge it to my card. She said she now does most of her out of state clients by Western Union. Within 1/2 an hour I went to Western Union - paid almost $500, called Angela within the hour of which she stated she had been to Western Union and received the money for my purchase. She said she had new product in that day, so she wanted to get it out to me immediately (that same day) which is why she also wanted me to send it via cash-Western Union and not wait until Monday, when she was at her other office to charge the purchase. She then called back about an hour later and asked how I wanted it sended, and I said via UPS over night or as soon as possible considering it needs to be refrigerated. To date I still have no product, (IT IS NOW OCT 20) I am out all of my money, I have emailed and called and Angela has ingored all of my correspondence and attempts to contact her. I have tried everything out there with no luck. This is a natural approach that gives you energy and helps to suppress your appetite. The owner gave me her word she would honor her refund policy.\r In June 2007, I make an appointment with Lasting control weight loss. I had a lengthy talk with the owner about her system. I explained to her that August was a emotionally bad month for me because of the anniversary of my son death and other medical issues I was having. She told me that the B12/B6 shots would help support my system and even help with the depression. I repeatedly said I was not sure about doing this diet. She said since I was not sure and that the special price was ending I could go ahead and pay and if I decided not to she would refund all my money but 1 (one) month. I agreed to this.Still unsure she gave me her work this would not be a problem, She told if \r I tried the B12/B6 shots it would help with my energy. I found it difficult to get to the office for the shots, so she said she would just give me the shots to take home. I tried this and found that I was becoming more and more bruised.\r After three weeks of this I didn't feel my energy level had increased and the depression was getting heavier so I wanted to stop and get a refund. I have made 10 to 12 repeatedly calls and left repeated messages which she doesn't return. I have been to 2 (two) different offices and she has told me she will send me a refund check on such and such a date and then doesn't and doesn't return the following phone call. She has even said ""your the one who keeps calling.\r \r The last time I called her employee told me she was still considering whether on not she would refund my money. more
