Hair Removal Miracle 6/1/2010

I took advantage of this spa's buy one get one free package specials on laser hair removal. I've never been happier. My stubborn hair that has been embarrassing me for most of my life is finally gone! I split the already cheap price of full body hair removal with my girlfriend which made it even more affordable. I heard about Hydrafacials on the Dr. Oz show and was very interested. I did a search and found Laser Plus Spa offered them. It was the best facial ever. Laser Plus Spa was such a mind blowing experience for me! If you would like to look great and feel cared for, this is a perfect place to visit! High level of professionalism and great personal qualities makes their staff and technicians the best ! When you need to get rid of annoying acne, although you have passed the age of puberty a long time ago, and nothing else worked for you......try acne laser treatments !! I found this gem of a spa and I'm never going any place else!! I took advantage of their spa week and I'm blown away by my results! I had teeth whitening ( which workded better than my dentist's office!! ) , the best massage EVER!!! and the staff were amazing! Beautiful place ...warm and relaxing. more

LOVED it. I am so happy to know about Laser Plus!! I went in to get a microdermabrasion and a facial to get my face clean for my upcoming wedding. My esthetician customized the experience for me and gave me recommendations about caring for my skin in the future. she did a fantastic job. great pricing too! It's very affordable and the services are ok but the staff is pretty rude, especially the manager melinda. She is very nasty and has the worst customer service skills I also feel like the technicians rush through my services so it isn't relaxing and they do a mediocre job. After my package is finished I am definitely going somewhere else for my other services. I'd rather pay a little more, receive an adequate job and have a nicer experience with friendly people who appreciate my business!!!!! Also, it's really small and it's not like a ""spa"". The Best Beauty Deal In NEW YORK !!!!!!! 10/21/2009

What can I say??? I first started coming to this spa less tha a year ago and am still continuing to go for my beauty treatments . I did the VELASHAPE for my CELLULITE on the back of my legs and since my treatments it's no longer there. Trust me IT WORKS . I later decided to go to have my brown spots and broken blood vessels taken off my face and my chest and the results are amazing I feel so good about myself . Also the price is right and they have specials on packages often. I highly reccomend this spa to anyone who wants top notch professional treatments at a fraction of the cost that you would get anywhere else ... Pros: Professional ,Compassionate, Knowledgable Staff Cons: Wish I would have found this rare gem sooner!!! more

After years of my wife complaining about the hair on my back, i got the guts to finally get my back lasered. I was quite embarrassed and nervous. Ive had a few sessions and a few different techs all who are nice and down th earth, They all put me at ease. I see a difference already. Thank you Laser Ladies.... I came into laser plus spa looking old and tired the technician explained and mentioned this thermage procedure to me. She then show me clients who had it done, i couldnt believe what a difference. So its 6 months later and i look amazing. I had such a wonderful experience from the front desk reminding my of my appointmet, to being given a cup of coffe to the actual treatment. I had been burned at another laser place, and was skeptical to starting over, I went in and spoke to one of the techs, she put my mind at ease. As i started my treatments she never made me feel bad for being anxious. She was kind and gentle and also a good therapist I could talk about my bad day with. Thank you, you know who u are...... HORRIBLE 6/5/2009

I recently went to laser plus for a facial. The front desk staff were rude and made me pay for my facial before I even got to meet my facialist!! The worst part of it all was that my facialist only introduced herself!! She never asked me what type of skin I have nor did she ask if I was allergic to anything. She never once explained to me what she was doing or putting on my face!! To top it all off the License on the wall wasn't even her!!! The facialsit here are not certified!!! Very Pleased 1/1/2009

I've always wanted laser treatment but was never able to afford it until i saw Laser Plus Spa two-year anniversary 2fer special. I was expecting sub-par treeatment because of the price but to my surprise it was a wonderful experience. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from the moment I walked in the door until i had left. If anyone is looking for a high qualiity laser treatment facility, I would highly recommend Laser Plus Spa. Pros: Exceptional service Cons: Absolutely nothing more

Place is very dirty... hair all over floor....disgusting. The girls dont seem professional.... especially estheticians with red finger tips! I thought they were very rude! Would never go back more

100% Up To Par 10/11/2008

Two years ago, Dr. Horioglu had performed reconstructive surgery on my sons nose after he broke it in a car accident. He did an amazing job. Since then I have been using his services and followed him to Laser Plus Spa. I had several services performed by them, which all ended up as a pleasurable experience. Reading the last blog, I had to satisfy my curiosity and ask to see all estheticians and massage therapists that I had been using in the past for their licenses. All of them including the doctor is 100%. Ask them to see it and they will be happy to show you. more

Doctor Not board certified as Plastic Surgeon 10/8/2008

I haven't used this spa yet BUT lets be truthful here. Dr. Horiolglu is a board certified Otolaryngology..NOT a plastic surgeon..I checked credentials with NYS Medical Board since I was going to make an appointment there...Now I'm wondering if their massage therapist are certified??? more

Great Medi spa 10/5/2008

I Love this Spa!! First of all I had Laser Hair removed from my back , After going to another laser center which promised me that my hair would never grow back, IT NEVER STOPED. a friend of mine told me not to give up and go to Laser Plus Spa.. I did.... I have no hair finally. They told me what to expect . They were honest. They said it does not work on white hair, and that i would need maintenance once or twice a year. I am in and out of there in a half an hour, there machines are fast! I also had the Thermage done on my eyes, they look great so far. They said i would see final results in a few months, I will post again then. more

worked for me... 5/21/2008

I had underarms, bikini, legs and chin. out of all areas wich pretty much stopped growing, The chin was the toughest. They told me it can be done 6 - 10 sessions. Well by the 4th session my underarms were the first to go, by the sixth legs and bikini.. My chin took the longest. Some Hairs are more resistant then others. They now have this new laser that can do my full legs in 30 min. I haven't shaved in months. Painless and so effective. All There Laser's are up to date, Believe me I checked it out. So stick It out. Great customer service 4/9/2008

I have been going to Laser Plus since they opend, I get Botox and restylane done. Dr. Roger Horioglu is a board certified plastic surgeon. I would not have my procedure done by anyone else . There are alot of spa's out in the area who do there procedure by nurses.I would stay away, unless they were checking my Pressure. In the past year and a half maybe I waited 20 min. He is an atrtist in my Book!! Half of my Friends and family go to him, and we always get great results. Pros: Great Service more
