Great Time 2/15/2012

Took the kids to the laser kingdom over the weekend and they loved it. If the place had been a little bigger it would have gotten 5 stars, but I was surpised how far laser tag has come since we were young. Our son loved it but it is definatly not just for kids. Our gun showed us our score, rank, and shields in real time. It was like being in a video game. more

Great Party!! 11/3/2011

We just had our sons party at Laser Kingdom and have to say that dollar for dollar it was the best value we have gotton for a childrens party. This was the first time we had a party here so we didn't know what to expect but the staff was friendly and helpful and once the party started the kids had a blast in the laser tag, we didn't have to do a thing. more

RIP OFF ARTIST! 3/8/2011

Absolute disappointment! They do not tell you in the brochure or when you call for a party that you only get 30 minutes total of play time! It does not take kids one hour to eat a piece pizza and cake! What a rip off! I am soooo disgusted with this operation. I will tell everyone I know not to have a party there! Total rip off! This owner needs to rethink his business plan if he plans to have repeat business. I foresee Lazer kingdom going out of business in the near future. NEVER AGAIN! THE ONLY REASON THIS CRAPHOLE GETS ONE STAR IS I CAN'T PUBLISH WITH OUT A RATING, I GIVE IT A BIG 0! more

This place nickel and dimes you. 1/25/2010

Just had my son's birthday party there (Coram location) . I would never go back. The party consisted of three games of Laser Tag. One of the children was afraid inside of the darkened play area. His father went inside with him for the last game to make sure he was okay and having fun. When the bill came they charged me an extra $20 for the father. They said that 2 adults can play for free, and that any extra will be charged. THIS GUY DIDN'T PLAY !! He just walked around with his kid to comfort him. I began to argue with the manager then gave up. I've got 4 kids under 8 years old and a ton of friends with kids. Laser Kingdom got my $20 extra but lost out on potentially thousands of dollars in future parties. The party was for 15 kids and cost $450. In retrospect I'd rather have burned that money.\r I'd also caution against bringing young kids. One of the kids was playing and he ran into an oil drum. He split his lip open on it. more
