Lasco Ford

This place initially is decent, but they don't stand by their product. I think they know their used cars are crap, so they offer this bogus warranty. I bought a used truck from this place, and right off the bat they were pushy, the sales guy I dealt with RV is truly a used car salesman. After haggling a bit, I reluctantly purchased the truck, with an extended warranty. After the purchase I took the car home, and didn't even finish the paperwork, so I had to come back a few days later to finish it, who does business like this? After about a week, maybe 2 the transmission goes out on me. When I contact them, they tell me the written warranty that I purchased was no good until 60days after I purchased the truck. No where on the warranty does it say that, but to them they're telling me this. A month or so after the truck goes, I get a letter from the warranty company saying it was valid. I call them, and they tell me since I called before the 60 days was up, I was going to have to pay for more

The customer service that we received was exceptional. The quaility of work that was given was surprisingly welcome. Every question we had in our heads was automatically answered before we could ask them. Awesome! Our sales rep was so friendly and helpful! The best customer care we've ever received! We will recommend Billy to all our family and friends! He was the best! We got the best deal. He knew that we were skeptical with a few things and he showed us in black & white the comparisons. He answered all our questions with the proof to back it all up! We were so impressed!!! We will be back in the future for all our vehicle needs!!! And, we only want to deal with Billy! Mark was very, very helpful and patient with us. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had without any pressure (which was very important to us). I was looking for a new (pre-owned)car and I was uncertain of exactly what I wanted. The only thing I knew is I needed something with a hatch that got good gas mileage. Ed was SO patient. I test drove 5-7 cars and ended up with the PERFECT car for me! I got a Jeep Compass with VERY low miles, great sound system and a color I love. Overall it was a great experience and I loved that there was no pressure to buy. Ed was more concerned with getting me into a car that fit my needs than pushing me to buy. I highly recommend!! more

Our purchase was basically an internet purchase. Eric Kuehlewind was great to work with - very friendly, respectful, and honest which helped when some kinks (not his fault) turned up in the transaction. He got the problems fixed and the car delivered to us very smoothly. It was obvious he had the support of all the needed employees at Lasco Ford. We got an amazing deal on the price of a gently used and well prepared car. When the time comes, we will definately look at the inventory at Lasko even though we are 200 miles away. Mark, Tom and Kieth were very friendly & helpful. Mark was only 15 days on the job but I predict he'll do well. Look out Kieth. My wife enjoyed working with Mark. She was impressed with Mark for such a short time on the job. We forgot to sign one of the papers and Mark was kind enough to bring it to the house. more

We had a great experience working with Steve. We have bought two vehicles from him and had great service both times. As for the quality of vehicle we bought, they are the best. Upon arrival Mike had several cars that met my specifications price wise and options wise ready for me to test drive. I had been sold a gray market car by another dealership. Couldn't insure it in the U.S. for less than 3 times what it would normally cost. The dealer didn't want to make it right. I took the car to Lasco, where Angie let me drive many cars to get a feel for what I wanted. I found one that I really liked (a 2007 Focus) and she moved heaven and earth to get me into it. She was just great! Another thing I liked about Lasco was that they are selling my Canadian trade-in in Canada. They told me that they would not do to their customers what the other dealership did to me. Integrity! more

I took a chance one day and called this dealership to ask about current promotions and offers. I was put in touch with a salesperson (Billy Fohey) by telephone and the process began. After a couple of calls and a visit to the dealership, my husband and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Billy and we were very satisfied with the service we received. We noticed that even though the dealership was extremely busy with people moving about rapidly, we still received great service!! Our saleperson was constantly receiving calls and had returning customers coming in and he still was able to address all of our needs. Even today on his day off he agreed to meet with my husband who could not be present to sign documents at the time of the sale. He went to my husband's job at an agreed time to get everything finalized. All of our questions were answered and every detail that we asked him to take care of was. This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership but it won't be our last. I have driven a Chevy for the last eight years that I purchased from a Chevy dealership in Flint. I'm glad I made the switch. We are going to refer as many people as possible to this dealership because great service is not given very often in today's society. I must say that obviously your workers are happy because of something you guys are doing right at Lasco and that definitely shines through to the customers. Kudos to Lasco Ford! more

My husband and I went to Lasco recently and were amazed at the service and helpfulness of the sales rep. we were working with. I called ahead and let him know we were coming, so he was waiting for us right when we got there. Our credit is horrible and we never expected we would be able to get approved for a new vehicle, we were happily proven wrong. Our sales associate did every thing in his power to get us a resonable rate and make the sale happen for us. The man that does the finacing there is a miracle worker and we had an excellent experiance. We got a certified used car, it had some minor dings in the exterior but with the warrenty on it, anything and I mean ANYTHING that goes wrong will be covered by the dealership. They even filled our gas tank before we left and put all brand new tires on. Thank you Lasco Ford! We love our Escape!!! more

i bought a used 2003 limited explore about three yrs. ago a young man by the name of derick clayton was the sales man. he and the whole crew were all very helpful. at present i am looling to trade it in. ireally hate to give it up it has been a great vechile. only because it is a v8 and the gas prices i think i should, my first choice is to go back to lasco ford, because they did a great job the first time and the vechile has been great. thank you lasco ford more

My husband and I are so glad that we called Lasco Ford. Josh Sloan was so helpful and attentive to what we were looking for! He listened to our concerns and helped us make really good decisions. Even though we knew he was busy, he was very attentive to us and never made us wait for anything. The process was swift and the finance department was not pushy at all, they were informative and helpful and put us at ease.
