A friend told me that Mark Waligora was the best salesman he ever dealt with so I took his advice and went to see him. I found Mark to be friendly, knowledgeable and competent. Kayla was also very friendly and helpful with setting up my Sync account and showing me how to use it. more

I had been looking to buy or lease a new car or suv for a while and was checking out different dealership websites. I happened to go to Lasco's site and was able to have a chat with Katie Floyd, she helped me to understand several things and answered some of the questions I had about buying versus leasing. I ended up calling the dealership and spoke to katie and we started the ball rolling, I set up an appointment time to come in to see the cars and suv's that I was interested in. Katie had found several that were what I was looking for and I took the Ford Fushion and the Ford Escape for test drives. I wanted a 4 cyl but they didn't have what I wanted in all blk with leather seats so Katie looked into where she might be able to locate one. She found several in Ohio and said she could have to Fenton in about a day. I really didn't want to wait so I had her price out a Fushion and an Escape on buy or lease. When Katie came back she showed me the prices of both and I decided to go with the Ford Escape LTD limited, however it was blue exterior instead of Black like I wanted but the interior was exactly what I had wanted and the price that I got the Escape for was outstanding. more

Buying a New Ford at Lasco was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and I was able to get all of my questions answered. I appriciated the managers taking the time to explain some of the detailed areas that I questioned and that will make me come back to Lasco to buy another vehicle when it is time. I would have to say that the place was the most busy dealership I have ever seen, which is good to see, I was worried about the chaos but they seemed to have a good grip on everything and all the customers seemed happy to be there. more

I will have to say that begining the search for a car has not alway been my favorite thing to do. I would say that the web makes things easier for someone like me to get started and I dont have to worry about having to go into so many different dealerships to talk to so many people. I found Lasco online and liked the good things I have heard and I also found their prices to be the best on the Fords I was looking at. I was able to work my deal over the phone and come into the Lasco Ford dealership knowing what to expect. I am very pleased with the way the entire staff from salesman to managers treated me and I would have to say this really made things easier than I expected. After they explained several warranty options and did paperwork it did not take that long for me to get my car and get home. I would suggest Lasco to other girl friends of mine for the simple fact that they will get you straight forward answers and not give you the run around on anything. They will see my business again since I do purchase a car every 3-4 years. I guess it shows that good business gets you more business. more

Lasco was able to get me financed on the Impala that I picked out which was nice. It took a long time to get done with everything but I undersood my situation and they were informative throughout the process which made me feel good. I just used my first free oil change in their service department which I thought was another very nice thing to toss in since I purchased an older Impala I did not expect that but it is like a new car to me. Overall I think this dealer does a nice job and I will be coming back more

It took me a few days to get my exact truck lined up with lasco ford but they found it for me. They got me the best F-150 in the state for sure. I appriciate all they did for me because I know that I was way to picky but when spending over $40,000 on a truck I figured I could be lol. Everyone that asks I tell them I got the truck from Lasco Ford and the service I got from them was great. more

Purchased a car and tires from Lasco Ford. They had the best deal in town and I was treated very well by the sales and service staff. I will use them again and I would recommend them to others. They sell their tires for $5 over cost and it was less than the ""big tire"" shops quoted me more

I have bought a Used Volvo XC 90, and I was told by the sales person that it needs minor repair but after couple of month I visited a dealership close to my home I found out that the repair will cost about $1800+. Also I found out that my warranty has been expired which I bought it for $2191, at the time when I bought warranty finance analyst told me it is for 72 month or 100,000 miles. I never was this disappointed in any situation ever in my life. The people at Lasco Ford are not worth; I will not recommend them to even my enemy. more

One of their employees told us that they don't inspect their used vehicles even though they are ""Certified Dealer 100 point inspections"". Later he retracted that saying that they will inspect it once you buy the car. Huh!? What is the motivation for them to tell you anything is wrong with the car and/or repair it!? You already paid money for it. Don't waste your time and especially not your money at a dishonest place of business. Read the other reviews before going there. more

Used car salesman was inflexible and unwilling to negotiate. Told him my spouse worked out of state and wouldn't be in town till the weekend. He told me I could pick up the vehicle during the week. When I got there I was not allowed to take vehicle home till spouse was back in town to sign the paperwork. I was told this AFTER they had taken our money for a vehicle we paid cash for. Will not return to Lasco Ford. NOT RECOMMENDED. Poor service and communications with the customer. more
