We had our pool and spa remodeld with Las Palmas Pools and we couldnt be happier. They had there crews in and out in 9 days. Now our pool and spa look brand new.

La palmas , took our cash and several others , then closed 1/25/2012

We like many other in encena development hired La Palmas pools. , Bill noble quite a smooth talker. , knowing he was in financial trouble. Not paying workers wages , not finishing many projects, . Came and took 3k from us for outside shower, had just collected 9k from neighbor who was in France , and sent us message , I am out of business. After checking past hx appears there are several swimming pool guys that seem to goin In and out of business. Every 4-5 years. And form new company's . Thought I had checked out company's reliability. . But when he sent notice . He promised to,get us. Documents like permits from home owner associations , city permit s and he promised to come and fix some minor problems from 37k pool and spa installation , now he does not return any calls from anyone , he he is already working elsewhere . Was told by contractor he told to contact us about unfinished work not to expect any more from him. Hope. People remember his name . And not fall for false. Promises, . Misleading 1/1/2012

Don't fall for all the fictitious positive reviews that the owner of Las Palmas Pools posts here himself. Bottom line, do your homework before choosing this, or any contractor for that matter. I'd suggest you ask for a list of the last 5 or 6 pools he has completed and contact each one of them. DO NOT SETTLE FOR A LIST OF HAND PICKED REFERENCES THAT THE OWNER WILL SUPPLY YOU WITH. more

Bogus positive reviews 12/27/2011

BEWARE!! The owner of Las Palmas Pools will periodically write a number of bogus positive reviews for his own company in order to get his score up. You will notice that there will be no reviews for a number of months and then suddenly, within a few days, there are 5 or 6 positive reviews. You will also notice that none of these reviews include contact info that a real customer could provide. I am a real customer and one of the MANY unhappy customers of Las Palmas Pools. Do yourself a huge favour and ask for 3 or 4 RECENT references before you decide to give this guy one penny. more

Truly our dream back yard 12/26/2011

Dealing with Bill was an absolute pleasure, he was very helpful in the design process,gave us lots of great ideas. This crew did a fantastic job, the end result was better than we had hope for. I would recommend Las Palmas Pools to anyone, GREAT job Bill. Thank you more

Very Happy! 12/23/2011

We were reffered by a friend to Las Palmas Pools, but .we still did are due dilligence and checked 7 of their refferences we went out and saw 5 of there pool projects they had built and we checked with the Better Business Bureau and they have an A rating. after getting 4 bids we ended up choosing Las Palmas Pools for our project, and we could not be happier our back yard turned out amazing. Thank you so much. more

Important to check references 6/16/2011

Biggest mistake I made in a long time was signing a contract with Las Palmas Pools. If you are considering using them, please get a list of the LAST 5 or 6 pool projects they have completed, and CALL THEM ALL. DO NOT rely on a couple of references that are hand picked by the owner. The follow up and attention to detail by this company is terrible. If necessary, spend a few more bucks and go with someone who cares. more

Really too bad that Bill Noble was allowed to get away with this for so long. Hopefully, anyone who decides to do business with him in the future or hires him for any type of work will first have a hard look at his history. Very sorry to hear how people got ripped off. more

We will be building a pool and asked Las Palmas for some referrals. Funny thing was that two of the referals actually told us they were unhappy with Las Palmas pools. Sorry, but there is a lot of competition out there with good referrals. I am going somewhere else. Will rate 2 stars based on the references I checked. more

Las Palmas Pools was horrible 11/8/2010

I wish I had known about this website before we dealt with Las Palmas Pools. I should have found it odd that they couldn't give me a list of their last 10 pool jobs but we signed the contract anyway. BIG MISTAKE!! The owner is a complete jerk although is as sweet as can be when he is trying to convince you to do business with him. But be warned, once the construction starts he is terrible to deal with. Do not have your pool built with these guys. more

We had 5 pool companys come out we checked around and we chose Las Palmas Pools.They were not the lowest bid but the quality of what we saw it was worth it. Our pool and spa came out great we could not be happier. We Highly reccomend this company. more

In over their heads 11/7/2010

I'll start by saying our experience with Las Palmas Pools was terrible. Although I believe they were well intentioned they were clearly in over thier heads and not able to stay on top of the construction process. It was nearly impossible to get hold of the owner when we were having issues during the construction and when we did he was very arrogant and almost annoyed that we were not happy. If he didn't have some of my money already I would have pulled out of the deal. My advice, go with a larger more reputable firm. more
