I broke my lease legally through ATA and they still won the case because |I couldnt afford an attorney and they said I was in default because I missed court but the never sent me ...

If you want someone to take your money and then help with NOTHING this is the place to go. When it comes to contracts, these guys are pros! All there contracts are is a promise to pay but no promise to help. I was victim of the scare tactics they use to get me out of my apartment. I paid over $700 with no success and no money back. They are too unorganized to be called a business, and too crazy to be called professionals. They care more about bringing new customers in then they do about taking care of the ones that they already have. Of course its because i had already signed a contract of promise to pay. I made a huge mistake dealing with these nut jobs and i hope that nobody has to go through what i went through. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE spread the word and help get these people out of business! more

Needed more answers on day one of consultation but then after I signed up and received the book it was better because it has a lot of answers too. Vanessa was very helpful because I called in freaking out a few times :] Ken was also very helpful with questions too. I felt at ease for the most part. more

I feel the Arizona Tenants have a great amount of knowledge and handle each case to their absolute best ability. Although there were a couple of communication errors such as conflict with scheduling appointments, the work ethic done by the company how ever is outstanding. more
