We bought a new lr4 from them a year ago and we have had nothing but problems with the car. We understand that they did not make the car and certain issues are out of their hands ...

I recently purchased a Land Rover from Leith Cary. The sales experience was great! This was my first regularly scheduled service appointment. \r \r I was promptly greeted, my loaner was warming up (it was 33 degrees out), Peter called mid-day on an update of when my vehicle would be ready, and it was completed on time when I arrived. Mike was great in providing a full and detailed description of all services, payment and checkout was exceptional.\r \r Overall, an exceptional customer service experience. Working with Edwin (Eddie) Kratzat was one of the best experiences that I have had at any car dealership. Eddie was not pushy, he took the time to understand my needs and wants, and then he delivered a product and service that exceeded my expectations. Eddie (Edwin Kratzat) was warm, engaging and knowledgable. We had a perfect car buying experience because of him. He was interested in what was best for us and in making sure we got exactly that. He told us what we needed and it wasn't always what we thought we needed. Very helpful. He didn't rush us, he answered all our questions and treated us perfectly. He did everything he said he'd do for us. We also loved the test driving course he took us on. He was even excited to take a second run at the course with our family when they visited. He has committed to making everything regarding our car's maintenance convient for us. He will come to our house, take our range rover and give us a loaner to make it as easy as possible. We had personal conversations with Eddie and he became more than our car salesman. He is a friend. We will always go back to Eddie. We are so happy with our Range Rover! more

Great Experience at LRC! 9/15/2011

We were in the market for several months for a pre-owned Range Rover. Eddie Kratzat, our Sales Guide, worked patiently with us as we decided which model best suited our needs. We decided on a Range Rover Sport. Eddie then searched for the perfect car for us. He was very knowledgable, professional and never high pressure through our entire search and purchase. Recently purchased my second LR2 from Land Rover Cary. I have always been impressed with the sales staff especially Ruben Trinidad. The staff has always been helpful and willing to go the extra mile! Fantastic Service, above and beyond 6/22/2011

I recently purchased a used vehicle and the Leith Service team was instrumental in helping me get over the finish line. I have dealt with Land Rover dealers from all across the country and the Leith team is truly best-in-class. They went above and beyond helping me inspect the vehicle, perform the neccessary maintainence prior to transfering ownership and even highlighted some things I hadn't thought about. I would reccomend the Leith team to anyone looking to buy or service a Range Rover. Top notch. more

The best service EVER! 4/11/2011

We recently purchased a 2011 XF – an absolute dream car! After a week of driving, we took the car back to get a Simonize treatment as part of the sales agreement. When we went to pick up the car, we were told the worst thing you can imagine: The car had been damaged in the shop. We were in shock, and no one really knew what to do late on a Friday night. They offered us a loaner car, which we really didn’t need so we passed. All weekend we fretted about an outcome that would leave us with a “new” but repaired car. We had no doubt that Leith would repair the car “as new,” but we really didn’t want to start off with a repaired car. \r On Monday we called to find out what the status was. Leith had repaired the damage, after discovering that things looked far worse than they actually were – a body expert, a buffer, some time, and the car looked new again. Recognizing that just repairing the car was not necessarily enough, Leith began a search for an identical car at other dealerships. They gave us the option of deciding whether we were satisfied with the repaired car or we wanted a replacement. Despite the excellent repair, our preference was a new car. They again offered temporary transportation. \r By Friday of that week they had a car in hand from another dealer that was nearly identical, differing only in that it had some upgrades. The car was ready to go on Friday afternoon, including the Simonize treatment, a complete detail, and a full tank of gas. We signed the required forms as if we were trading in one car for another—very straightforward. The cost was a bit higher because of the upgrades but Leith even arranged for the bank to lower the interest – leaving us with no additional monthly cost for the loan—in fact they saved us $1 per month! \r You tell me, can you beat service like that? Anywhere? We know our next car will be: another Jaguar from Leith.\r more

Great Customer Service 3/14/2011

We just purchased our 11th Land Rover from Land Rover Cary and as always, the service was excellent. We are big fans not only of Land Rover, but of this dealership and the wonderful folks who work there. Claudius John has been our salesperson for many, many years and always takes good care of us! He calls to see how we're doing, how the vehicle(s) are doing, and when he has a vehicle he thinks we'd be interested in. This dealership is like family to us and we always refer friends who are looking for a LR. Don't go anywhere else...even if you're looking for another vehicle make....try LRC. The guys in service are super too! more

He is very helpful, never high pressure and always wants to help with every detail. Excellent Customer Service 3/3/2011

I took my LR3 in for service and they hands down took excellent care of me. I came in without an appointment, and they still took me in with no questions asked. They had a cancellation with a loaner vehicle and they were able to put me into it even though I didn't buy my vehicle from them. I picked my vehicle up and they even had it washed an vacuumed. I have recommended all my friends to them and will continue to do all my servicing there. Land Rover Cary service department sets the example of what luxury service should be. Keep up the good work guys!! more

Wow! What a Suprise! 1/6/2011

My husband and I drove to pick up my 1996 XJR after it had some small repairs. Prior to entering Leith Jaguar, Mr. Larry Hollingshead introduced himself to us and asked if he could help us. I assured him that we were there to pick up a car, not to buy one. I entered Leith Jaguar to meet with my excellent service advisor, Matthew Christenson, and pay for the repairs. After paying I returned to the lot only to find that my husband had spotted a previously owned Jaguar(a 2007 R) he thought I might enjoy. Mr. Hollingshead was waiting with the door open. My husband, Ed, asked me to take it for a test drive, I did. Larry and I drove around and I was so pleased with the way the car drove----a lot of changes had occured over 11 years but not so much in the ""old"" body type which I just love. Ed and I had a ""conversation"" with Larry concerning the trade in value of our car and the purchase price of the one I test drove. Offers were made, counter offers etc. as would be expected. Ed nor I never felt any pressure from Larry to purchase a car. He was a gentleman and answered all of our questions in a thoughtful considerate manner. We picked up our ""new"" car a couple of days later and are really enjoying it. Remember, we were not there to buy a car, we were happy with the car we had, but had such a positive experience learning about the features of newer Jags that the time just seemed right. NEVER go to Land Rover Cary!!!!!!!!!! 1/3/2011

We bought a new lr4 from them a year ago and we have had nothing but problems with the car. We understand that they did not make the car and certain issues are out of their hands but they have treated us VERY poorly while dealing with our issues. They have left our car dirty after servicing it with grease spots and a dirty rag left in the car. They have been very rude and don't seem to care how unhappy we are. When we first bought the car they said they wash the cars after each time they are serviced and they did the first time but since they haven't. There is along list of things I could complain about but I'll stop there. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 0 stars I would have!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Leith's Customer Service Sucks!! 12/16/2010

I have taken my car to Leith Jaguar 3 times in 2010. The absolute worse customer service I've ever experienced. DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT accept Matthew Christensen as your service tech (the person that checks your car in, and calls to give you an update). This person is rude and obnoxious. After speaking to the service manager about his behaviour, I was told that half of the customers like him, and half do not. I would think, if you have a person where half of the customers do not like dealing with him, this would deemed a major problem. This person should not be working there. I was advised to ask for someone else when scheduling an appointment. I would advise you to do the same, or go somewhere else. more
