lake wylie dentistry – good but not part of any insurance program 4/3/2006

I had one service performed at this dentist which I was pleased with. Nothing out of the ordinary but everyone was kind and prompt. Then, even though my insurance would cover the entire amount, I was asked to pay and then they would send me a refund check. Not exactly the best business savvy in my book. Based on their proximity to me, I would continue to go there but by not being part of any insurance plan, should I have a procedure not fully covered, it would cost me more that “in network”. more
