2 Paws Up For Dr. Golden! 6/18/2009

We took our 15 year old cat for a checkup yesterday, and we couldn't have been happier with the loving care she received! Dr. Golden and his staff are wonderful. They TRULY care about their little patients, and that makes all the difference. Just from our first visit, we can tell you that the most important thing to Dr. Golden is your pet's well-being ~ and that means everything to us who love our pets. We definitely recommend Lake Murray Village Vet Clinic to everyone! more

Dr.Golden is the BEST! 8/8/2008

Dr.Golden is the best vet ever and I wish I had found him sooner. I can not believe how many bad vets there are out there and many are out to rip you off. Dr.Golden and his staff are great and do really care about your animal. They don't push products on you they just suggest and leave it up to you. If you ever have a procedure or surgery that needs to be done they will write up an estimate and go over it with you. My only little issue is the cost. He is very expensive in my opinion but since I love my pets like children-I pay the price and all my pets love him too. more

Best Vet EVER! 7/27/2005

Dr Golden is the best vet ever. He is very thorough and never lets an illness sneak up on your pet. I wish he were a pediatrician so he could take care of my infant. I trust him completely! PROS: Diligant and caring CONS: more

  • Lake Murray Village Veteriary Clinic is a companion animal practice that has been providing preventitive health care, surgical and dental services to the La Mesa and East San Diego County Communities since 1975.  A graduate of Colorado State University, Dr. Golden opened and has operated the clinic since 1975 at its present location.  He is also a marine mammal and exotic animal consultant and has worked with Sea World for over 20 years.  Dr. Golden oversees the Rady Childrens Hospital pet therapy program of which his Pug "Bella" is a participant.  Morris and Toonces, his personal cats, are his two favorite felines..
