I should be complaining about the renatl fee, it's only cheaper by 25 to 50 bucks a month compared to west chase and st. germaine apts which has far newer units. i stayed for 2 years and i think i'll be moving out. I don't like how they handle a broken AC as not an emergency. think Louisiana will cool down on a month of May? It's 85 degrees in the house and these people said we had to wait for 2 days to have it fixed bec. it's a weekend. oh please let's switch places so you'll be the one to get heat stroke when the temp. gets to 90+ and not my children. they have an ""emergency call"" system with people who do not know anything.
