Okay so I had little lines that keep getting deeper around my eyes every year and while I look pretty young I feel like this was my big give away that I was in my 40's and I really want to look like 36ish...you know? So Dr. Ken did a deep CO2 around my eyes and he took a good 5 years off. I'm not going to lie I looked pretty bad for 4 to 5 days and it was uncomfortable, like a really bad sunburn but I am so glad I did it...HUGE difference. I went to La Fontaine after I heard about Natural Breast enhancement. I had 2 kids and my breasts looked alittle deflated. I thought about implants, but decided to go more naturally with my own fat. The procedure was painless, but alittle weird, because your awake and your mostly naked and Dr. Ken needs to harvest the fat on your lower body than put it back in your breasts. I got about a cup size bigger - with no scars and no implant feel and for 1/2 less than what implants cost. I was back to work in 2 days. Overall a very good experience. more

I look so much younger when I have my forehead botoxed.For some reason my eyebrows are lifted after getting botoxed, and my eyes look more wide open. It also improved the fact that my eyebrows are different heights. I guess alot depends on the skill of the person doing the injection also. I will continue to have this done every 4 months.I look SO much better, younger, prettier with this and people even say that...not even knowing what I've done. more

I went for a consult for crow’s feet on 02/27/10. When I arrived at the spa, I was immediately beside myself from the calmness and Zen environment. The spa is decorated in an Eastern Asian Fusion vibe. The staff is incredibly nice and attentive of their patients. I was offered a beverage and made very comfortable while waiting for the doctor. When I seen Dr. Ken Oleszek, his presence and calming demeanor was refreshing and non-pressuring. He explained the process, I agreed to have it done, and then we went to room to complete my Botox injections. WOW. The process lasted no longer than 15 minutes and virtually painless. Dr. Oleszek gave me a mini vibration tool to place on my cheek while he did the injections and I never felt any pain. It is a very easy simple process. Having suffered with acne scars for a few years, I was relieved to find a doctor who was willing to try subscision. Ken is good natured and friendly and very helpful with treatment options- I feel that I am in capable hands. The subscision treatment has made a substantial difference in the depth of the scars. Most have been raised by at least 50% with only one treatment. Today I am going in to get a CO2 fractional laser treatment. I can't wait to see the results, I know they'll be great! Ken Oleszek Is the charismatic doctor that administered the Lipo Dissolve procedure. I have lipomas which are benign fatty tumors. I was diagnosed with lipomas when I was 22 on my thighs and forearms. In the last 25 years the lumps have multiplied. They are not particularly painful but look ghastly. I have avoided wearing short sleeve shirts for about 10 years because I felt that the string of lumps along my arms were ugly. I looked like a stegosaurus. In fact some people treated me as if I had some horrible contagious disease. Ken Oleszek suggested I try Lipo dissolve. Over a period of a year and a half I had three treatments.The procedure is quick! I was generally in the spa for a total of a half an hour. The treatments consist of repetitively poking the lumps with small needles, injecting the lumps with phosphatidylenoline, a product derived from soy. For me the reaction was immediately painful. The lumps immediately were red, swollen, and warm to the touch before I left the office. For three days after each treatment I looked like I was beaten about the arms! The lumps bruised and hurt very much. I suggest not participating in any activity for three or four days where the lumps might be bumped because the pain is excruciating. Yet the pain subsided rather quickly. Then it was as if each lump took a turn becoming inflamed through the next ten days or so. My last treatment was about 6 months ago. The bigger lumps which are also the lumps I've had for the longest time are not totally gone but they have diminished remarkably. I am very happy with the results and wear short sleeve shirts again! The atmosphere at La Fontaine is very pleasant. The staff has always been professional and helpful. Dr. Ken Oleszek's knowledge and professionalism was superb enabling me to feel comfortable and relaxed and even laugh while poking needles in my arms. So here I was, at my wits end with my acne and scarring. It had been 7 years since it all began and even after thousands of dollars, dozens of products and numerous dermatologist visits I sat there with the same acne and more scarring. After swearing to never visit a dermatologist again I found myself browsing online once more hoping to find that one beacon of light to save my skin. By chance I happened to stumble across this little site known as citysearch(dot)com (sound familiar?) and a favorably reviewed place called La Fontaine. Hey, wait a second, La Fontaine? That sounds more like a spa than a place you'd go for serious dermatological needs. Oh wait, it is a spa. Ok, well if you want to be technical it is a fusion spa. But hey, who I am to judge a places credentials before I've even been there? Oh that's right, I'm the guy who has been to half of the dermatologists in Colorado (slight exaggeration) and has barely seen any results (not an exaggeration). Yeah, I was skeptical; however I called anyways. I set up my consultation for the following week. The next week I drove down to their location in Cherry Creek. I was happy to see they had a nice underground parking lot especially due to the limited parking in the area. Upon entering their loft I was immediately impressed with the warm and inviting decor and atmosphere. I couldn't forget why I was here though. I was here on business, skin business. I couldn't let myself get drawn in by the the plush decor... the relaxing music... the br... -wait!- I just barely managed to resist the temptation to cancel my consultation in favor of a Zen Garden Stone massage. Finally it was consultation time. I was greeted by Dr. Ken and the consultation began. First off I was very impressed by his knowledge, he really knows his stuff. We went over the treatments, medications and products that would be best for my skin and the pricing. What I felt was really notable about this was he didn't push the products or services at all. It was the first time I'd been offered products with honest expectations of results. In the end we determined that a laser peel would be the best route and scheduled a date. A month later I went in for my laser peel. The entire process was great and yielded by far the best results I've experienced so far (including from lasers by other derms). Overall I was completely satisfied from the experience from the customer service right down to the actual results.
