L&B Auto Sales & Leasing

I bought two cars from L&B Auto( Aka Bayshore Auto Park) they are Not a ford motor company anymore. They don't even have a licensed mechanic on the property it took them almost a year to finally get my car in the shop to fix what they had promised to in the first place,and the only reason they did that was because I threatened to sue them. Its not even a year later the dam truck won't pass inspection it turns out they fudged the inspection the first time, and payed someone to make it look like it passed. On top of all that they had the car for 20 days I just got it back today, and they screwed up my truck even more. The lights are not working ,and they put the door panel on wrong breaking the clips I am bringing my truck to Ford now and plan to sue for the damages they have done. To sum it all up do not go anywhere near this place. more

No stars for me! It would not accept no stars so my one start is ONLY to get this review posted! I bought my very first car fro L&B Lincoln Mercury in 1975. Boy have they gone down hill. Bought my 2008 Taurus from Lighthouse Ford who closed so I went a few times to L&B in West Babylon for some service and I had no complaints. Got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I do most myself except for the few that L&B did in the past. Be AWARE that L&B has NOTHING to do with Ford Motor Company any longer!!! I go out of my way to use Motorcraft parts with this car and I now have some after market oil and filter on my car from L&B. Plus that have a couple of kids working the garage (who should learn how to present themselves) and a Service Manager who lied to my face. This owners father must be rolling over! more

They are no longer in West Babylon and i didnt even get a post card or phone call to notify me they moved to Bayshore. The service use to be okay now its HORRIBLE!!!!! They have a guy who talks down to you, lies about parts arriving, and they did not service my car and fix what they were supposed to. On top of that , they disconnected my heat which was not broken and i have twin boys who are 5. They order there parts through Ford and will never give you a straight answer of when the parts are arriving. Im still waiting and its been 5 weeks and i still have no heat!!!! Never use this place! more
