Saved me a bundle 2/17/2011

Took my car to kwik kar after the dealer had quoted me $1400.00 to replace just my front brakes. These guys replaced all my brakes and rotors and saved me $800.00 !!!!!! i this economy it just seems to me these guys are the smarter choice. more

A BIG Mistake 1/28/2011

I want to apologize for what Iwrote about kwik kar back in May. I was fired for showing up to work under the influencein a time in my life when demons were getting the best of me. I now know that I lost a pretty good job but earned a really good friend for making me face my problems.Its a great place and you wont be dissappointed thanks. more

Were everyone should go for an inspection 1/27/2011

I took my car to get an inspection and the young man that was doing the inspection had told me that a part on my car was keeping them from reading the computer and it needed a fuse they installed the fuse at no charge and got me on my way. They have earned a loyal customer. Keep up the good work more

Do Not DARE Trust Your Vehicle Here.... 9/24/2010

Don't even know what to say.....just do not even trust your car with these people. The customer service is by far the worst I have EVER seen here in Allen/McKinney/Plano for any place I have been (ie rest, banks, stores). I just really want everyone to know---do not think that they will stand by their work. This is pretty much a con-artist in a automotive shop. I have no ill feelings towards the business as I could care less about them. I truly hope that they go out of business as what goes around should come around to jerks like this. I do not want to go into details as I don't think that I could spend that much time typing....just a final picture...my car is non-repairable and it went in working fine....they blame me for everything so that they don't need to deal with anything. more

Never ever make the mistake of going here 5/4/2009

prices are much too high and the wait is crazy they are so slow the place if filthy the service is bad and that's just for starters ! When I had my car inspected they torn my nearly new wiper blades and told me if I didn't buy their wiper blades they would fail my car and I would still have to pay them $40 so I bought the blades knowing I was screwed and when I got ready to leave I noticed they had put the wrong size on and they went over the windsheild when I turned them on so I asked why they had done that and they said they had sold out of the right size for my car and I was out of luck !!!! more

these guys should be locked up !!!!! 5/4/2009

I worked there and I saw them charge customers for services they never performed then they took the products and sold them to their friends for beer !!! Their prices are way higher than all most anywhere else and the service is very bad they only want to sell you things evenif you don't need them and if you have a complaint you'll never be allowed to speak to the owner I told the manager about the theft problem and nothing was done because they all ready knew and didn't care ! I worked 11 hours a day with no breaks of any kind I was not even allowed a lunch break nor was anyone else ( against the law by the way ) I was told I would make $7.50 an hour + commission but when I got my check 6 weeks latter it was for minimum wage with no commision or overtime for 55 hours a week ???? They got me for over a thousand dollars how much do you think they will get your for if you go there ??? more
