I guess everyone who thought Michael was so honest and wonderful are rethinking now. He is a thief, he robs the elderly... How low can you be. When all is said and done you are going to see more people coming forward that he stole from. He deserves to be in jail for LIFE since he took so many peoples life's away. Lets hope he gets what he deserves and that is not a slap on the wrist. In order post this I had to give it a rating from 1 and 5. I wanted nothing in there because he does not deserve any ratings but for this to get posted I had to add something... more

Michael is a very caring and pragmatic lawyer. He provided guidance to me in connection with the custody of my son. It was clear from the guidance he provided that he was concerned about my family's future, not his immediate profit. He is the type of lawyer you can call and get practical down-to-earth advice that you can understand, which is rare for lawyers! I highly recommend Mr. Kwasnik for family law related matters. I am a lawyer myself, the chief lawyer for a large company. Part of my job involves assigning work to outside lawyers to handle the companies' legal matters - so I have lots of experience assessing a lawyer's capacity, professionalism, and integrity - and I can say that Michael ranks at the top of the list. more

Michael is a very caring and pragmatic lawyer. He provided guidance to me in connection with the custody of my son. It was clear from the guidance he provided that he was concerned about my family's future, not his immediate profit. He is the type of lawyer you can call and get practical down-to-earth advice that you can understand, which is rare for lawyers! I highly recommend Mr. Kwasnik for family law related matters. Michael Kwasnik is the most compassionate lawyer 10/7/2011

Michael Kwasnik is the most compassionate lawyer I've ever talked to. I am having a difficult situation with my landlord and lease, and Michael told me exactly what my options are with absolutely no BS. I left our conversation knowing exactly what I need to do (and not do) in order to resolve this situation. Michael has a humor uncharacteristic of most lawyers I know. He's affable, funny, and very clear in his advice. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a difficult tenancy issue. more

Smart Lawyers!! 9/19/2011

After years of working for my horrible boss in a large company, I got fired for no good reason. Thanks to Kwasnik, Kanowitz & Assoc., I was able to fight this and I received enough money from the settlement to help open up my own business. Feels great to not have to take orders from my old boss. Smart Lawyers!! more

He recently helped my husband and I close on our first home. Throughout the whole stressful homebuying process, Mr. Kanowitz was straightforward, responsive, and had a great sense of humor. Mr. Kanowitz was a great stabilizing support during a stressful and upsetting time. I would recommend his services to anyone! He was always available to me (we corresponded quite a lot via email as he patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how small or insignificant they were.) He's very thorough and set realistic expectations for me, and all went SO smoothly! He's a gem, and though I hope I don't need the services of a lawyer in the future, he's the guy I'll call if I ever do! more

Kwasnik was patient, thorough, exact, and focused throughout the lengthy closing process, including dealing with an out-of-state Underwriting department and enough last-minute issues to almost drown the deal. He is a wonderful resource for real estate and we will be using him for our other legal needs. more

Mr. Mr. Kwasnik is an excellent attorney, him and his partner, Kanowitz helped me and my domestic partner turn a terrifying life decision into a fresh start. Reasonable rates were charged for the work done, and calls and emails were always returned within 24 hours. I would Kwasnik again in a second if the need comes up. more

I went to Mr. Kanowitz with some legal matters (referenced by a family member), and I must say I was blown away. I don't write things like this often, but its great to finally say "I have a lawyer." Not only was he professional and understanding, but the guy knows his stuff! Don't be fooled with some of these lawyers and their silly commercials. He is the REAL deal! more

Mr. Kwasnik was very easy to work with in a very difficult situation. Even prior to my retaining him as my attorney , Kwasnik readily and willing did some research for me on the laws in PA and helped educate me on the overall process. He was extremely responsive and there were no delays in the process that could be contributed to Kwasnik's work. Should the situation arise, I would certainly retain him again and highly recommend for others in need of a family law attorney. more

I called him for advise and he was able to answer my questions definitively, thoroughly, on the spot, and sent me the exact legal documentation I needed, and customized it for me so that I had to do as little as possible. My office frequently consults with Kwasnik, Kanowitz & Assoc. on bankruptcy issues, and we're always happy to refer clients to Mr. Cimino . We find that Mr. Kwasnik is extremely knowledgeable about the field of Bankruptcy, his rates are quite reasonable, and he's a great guy to boot.
